List of Rachel Dultz's Reviews
Dr. Crivello is an amazing human being! She is so relatable, as a woman, a mom - and she has the BEST personality that makes you feel like you can get through anything. She had the hard job of telling me my tumor was malignant. We all can hate our jobs at points but come on - it's a really hard job telling people they have cancer day in and day out. Or when it's not, seeing the fear in people's eyes and trying to reassure them. No one is perfect and when I read reviews about staff not getting back right away, I have to remind everyone that when you are facing an uncertainty, you are hypersensitive. It's nature. But I can assure you that this center is very attentive, clean, nice and above all - makes you feel like a person and not another case.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Dultz since 2018. I have spoken to her maybe a total of 4 minutes total in that time. I leave feeling like I can’t breathe. She barely speaks to me, and the medical plan that we spoke about in 2018 hasn’t been followed because her office staff won’t let you speak to her without a mammogram, so I’ve had a mammogram every year since 2019 (so 4 total) as a 40 year old woman; and yet I haven’t been able to speak to her because the mammogram results have been interpreted by the radiologist and then I get a confirmation email that they were ok but never an appointment to speak about the concerns that I had that warranted the mammogram. If you’re looking for patient care, go elsewhere. If you’re looking for just a yearly mammogram then this is fine.
Dr. Crivello is an excellent physician and I am grateful for her care. My review is for the office staff. They never answer the phone and it takes multiple calls and messages before you are able to talk to anyone. After more than a year of dealing with this, I felt moved to leave this review in the hopes that they will make significant improvements to the administrative operations of their office.
Dr Dultz is kind and compassionate in her care and clear and direct with the information. She reviewed my biopsy report and thoroughly explained my options. She was easily accessible for many calls and answered all the questions I had before I decided how to proceed. Her counsel was so critical to me as I had a tough time with my decision. Even in hindsight, I would not make a different decision or choose a different breast surgeon. She’s excellent at what she does! I’m cancer free and I feel fortunate with my decision to choose Dr Dultz as my breast surgeon. No issues with the staff or retuned calls. Overall, excellent experience and I highly recommend Dr Dultz.

Dr. Dultz is very good but my experience with her office staff is highly pathetic and miserable. You always end up in leaving only voice messages with a hope that your calls will be returned back one day but that day is yet to come. I donot know any alternative methods to reach support staff. Trying since 2 months since Nov 2021. I wish someone from her front office desk reads this message and I get a phone call.
Dr. Dultz is truly amazing and wonderful bedside manner with my 84 year old mom, I'm so grateful to have her helping my Mom!
I was misdiagnosed by Princeton Radiology and this doc. By the grace of God I am a breast cancer survivor.
Dr. Dultz is wonderful and she does beautiful work as a breast surgeon. I had lumpectomies of both breasts on July 13, 2021 for stage 1 breast cancer. She took as minimal tissue as necessary. The scars are healing well. I didn't require opiate pain medication. I used ice and wore the surgical bra for 2 weeks. I alternated ibuprofen and Tylenol every three hours as necessary for pain. On follow up post operatively, she told me that I heal quickly and have a high pain tolerance. That was impressive. She has been in practice for over 30 years. She definitely knows her skills. She might seem more all business at times but she definitely cares. That's just a surgeon's way. They want to make sure they did their work well!
Communication in timely manner is very important but I don't feel it's taken care here. Sorry to say. Not got proper response for important message.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
