I want to Recognize Dr Yanni. I have been suffering with Lower back pain for 15 plus years. I was referred to Dr. Yanni through my Son and a Friend (Ryan) I had 6 previous Rfa Nerve Ablations prior to meeting with Dr Yanni. I had occasional relief but Dr Yanni confidently told me "I can help you" I had several issues with Arthritis build up, Nerves causing so much pain, Cauda Equina Syndrome, and 4 different levels of problems. Dr. Yanni performed a Endoscopic Rhizotomy and "Scraped" Removed much of the Arthritis along with the nerve burning. His demeanor is calming, caring and listening. He was Truly concerned with getting me out of pain. My Procedure was performed on 9/19/25 at Trinatas Hospital in Elizabeth. (They were terrific as well) As of this writing, i feel better than I have in many years. I want to thank Dr Yanni for keeping my Family informed at every point, right down to recovery. Dr Yanni is the best, I’ve been treated by himself, his PAs, and nurses and every one that works at his practice are top notch! You are treated with respect, dignity & kindness. I have struggled with back & neck pain for most of my adult life and he is the only one to provide relief through the use of a pain pump. Dr Yanni has given me a new life without the back spasms I had for so many years. If you’re looking for a new pain solution, himself and staff are the way to go! For years i have been suffering with disabling pain in my leg and foot. Running from doctor to doctor desperately trying to find some relief. I was hesitant to try "pain management" because I thought it was just more medication to try to mask the pain. From the moment I walked into Dr, Baher Yanni office his amazing staff made me feel comfortable like they really cared and I was not just a number. Dr Yanni listened to my concerns, was honest and informative. There are no guarantees ...what works for one does not always work for another but I had options to try. Dr. Yanni never gave up on me. My pain is gone and I feel alive. Dr. Yanni gave me my life back. I highly recommend amazing Dr. Baher Yanni.

Dr Yanni has a Wonderful bedside manner and has helped me tremendously with a sciatica condition that others have not been able to.

I’ve never had pain doctors actually listen to me and not disregard my pain or think that I’m drug seeking before until I started seeing Mike and Dr Yanni. It does wonders for my state of mind to know that they take my severe chronic pain seriously and look for innovative ways to treat me. Dr Yanni has given me hope that my severe back pain ( massive herniated discs throughout most of the spine and botched surgeries to fix them) will be manageable and I can live again, not be huddled in a ball crying in pain.

I strongly recommend Dr. Yanni if you are in chronic pain. He has done more for me than any other physician. I have had chronic back pain since the 1990’s. I was never able to get relief until my wife recommended seeing him. She is a former patient who was helped long term by Dr. Yanni and no longer deals with her pain. I was skeptical having seen many other doctors but I finally have the relief needed. Dr. Yanni treats the patient not the symptoms and I am grateful for his professional and effective approach.
