Staff was welcoming and professional. Everything was smooth from scheduling, confirmation call made sure I was prepared for my visit, and when I arrived check in and new patient process was easy and friendly. I was taken on time for my appointment. That’s a big thing, I think we can all agree! That being said, I never felt “rushed” during the appointment. Dr. Cohen and staff made sure I understood the treatment plan and made me feel very comfortable. Financial conversations were up front and easy. A very positive first experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for ten years and would highly recommend him. His exams are thorough and his treatments have always been successful. Have never had to wait in the office more than a few minutes, something that seems the exception in the medical profession.

The best dermatologist in New Jersey!

I had some keratosis spots treated with that freezing method. I was bruised, scarred and red afterwards for a month or better. A year later I have scars from the procedure. He is very lucky I didn’t sue him. It does not matter that this happened 3 years ago. I went to a different skin doctor and I will never go back to Dr Cohen.

Dr. Cohen is a very good dermatologist. I’ve been a patient for several years now and do not hesitate to recommend him to others. He’s empathetic and doesn’t waste your time during visits. His new office is beautiful with plenty of parking. His staff is accommodating and patient friendly.

Dr. Ben Cohen is an outstanding doctor who is invested in his patients. I found him and his staff to be very friendly, and calmed my nerves ahead of my appointment. I find some of the reviews a bit passive aggressive—wondering if their dissatisfaction is more about the patient rather then Dr Cohen/his office as one can not change their bedside manner unless provoked. I work full time and arrange my schedule around when Dr Cohen’s office is open as I believe he is the best dermatologist in all of NJ. Would be 6 stars if that rating was available.

The office is clean, sterile and Dr. Cohen ALWAYS knows what is going on with me and my daughter's skin! Everyone is always smiling and happy and I feel comfortable every time. Yes, he charges a fee if you are a no-show, but I NEVER wait in his office - it's always super fast and on time! I have several docs who I KNOW not to be late for because they will reschedule (and no-show) me, so I am very considerate/punctual when going to appts. Also, about the vaccines and the comment below, I know from being in healthcare (ESPECIALLY specialists) that there are a lot of patients who are immunocompromised, so his vaccine policy is really for those that can't protect themselves. I like knowing my doc is looking out for each patient above how many appts he can cram into a day. He's definitely a man who knows what he is doing and has science in mind with his policies. SAFE SPACE FOR ALL!! FULLY RECOMMEND!
