Where can I begin about Dr. Sridar ? From answering my messages at any time; being detailed oriented, explaining everything for you, what's needed to make you better; being patient, caring, supportive, a good listener; just being AMAZING. I recommend Dr. Sridar To anyone who may needs a Primary I wish there was a option where she could just be specialized on every field cause she would be the Dr. I choose without a doubt. It took me 13 years to find a Dr. in America and I’m grateful I found her. She has become my family's Primary, as I referred both my daughter/husband to her. I tell no lie, SHE IS THE BEST!!
When a Dr. diagnoses a patient with high blood pressure and puts him on meds, then does not show up for follow up appointment, nor does the staff call patient to reschedule but instead allows patient to show up only to be turned away, it shows blatant lack of concern. The sad part is, choices are slim for people with certain insurance coverage. Shame on the staff and Dr. Sridhar. I hope this is addressed and improved upon. Someone's life could be at stake
Dr. Sridar by far is one of the best primary care physicians I have ever had in my life and I am in my 50's. She has the best bed side manner, she sincerely cares, and takes the time out to get to you know and listen to your concerns. She is very prompt at following up to messages via the portal. When I see her for subsequent visits she remembers me and is very friendly. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Sridar is an excellent doctor. I needed to find another PCP doctor and I chose her. She has many years of experience as a physician and I'm very pleased to be her patient
She’s wonderful! Listens addresses concerns. I moved to Ocean County & still drive to see her! She also gives referrals to specialist that she knows are good. Front desk ladies are nice, but they do put you on hold a lot or leave the answering service on. My advice make your next appt while in the office.
You cannot find a more compassionate, caring doctor anywhere. Dr. Sridar randomly calls even when you haven't seen her in a while to touch base and see how you are doing. RWJ medical center is lucky to have her in the group. The absolute best.
I've been going to Dr. Sridar so many years now. She is not only an amazing doctor but also an amazing person. Really goes above and beyond to follow up on her patients and check in. She is always available for a quick chat and really takes her time to listen and resolve your concerns.
Dr. Sridar is so much more than an excellent physician. Her concern and care shows beyond your office visit. Remembering my husband was having surgery, she called me within hours after to see how he was and several times in the days after. Very dedicated. My husband and I feel very fortunate in finding her.

Dr. Sridar was recommended to us by friends. After two visits, my partner and I have changed our PCP and will never return. I found her to be extremely scattered and unclear about her diagnosis and treatment plans (I left more confused than before the visit). Her diagnoses are biased by her own personal beliefs (she doesn't drink so no amount of alcohol is acceptable). She dismissed my health concerns, and questioned every piece of info I gave her (even checked my fitbit day by day b/c she didn't believe me when I told her I was exercising). The breaking point for me was when she called to discuss my bloodwork and asked if I had picked up my prescription yet — for a brand new drug that she had only briefly mentioned during our visit. When I became confused and started asking what I thought were basic questions (about drug interactions, side effects, etc) she because irritated, told me "I don't have time to argue with you," and hung up on me. Worst patient experience I've ever had.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
