From the moment I met Dr. Anthony Costa I knew I wanted him to perform my Total Knee Replacement surgery. He was confident but also very warm and reassuring, all the qualities one could hope to find in an Orthopedic surgeon. I booked the date (8/15/24) and chose to have a same day Robotic assist TKR and I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Costa and his team made everything very easy and as enjoyable as a surgery could possibly be. Recovery has been very fast and nothing short of remarkable, I am back to doing everything I did before the horrible bone on bone pain started, even hiking a steep rainforest trail on a recent vacation. I can never thank Dr. Costa enough for what he has done for me, he is truly the best and we are very fortunate to have him here in New Jersey!!

Dr Anthony Costa is amazing ! I had my first total knee replacement in November 2023 and my second total knee replacement November 2024 ! It truly gave me my life back . My mobility was completely compromised and I was in constant pain by my two bone on bone arthritic knees . From my first visit I felt at ease and confident that I had found the right Orthopedic Surgeon for my new knees .. Dr Anthony Costa and his awesome P.A Bobbi Pellegrino go above and beyond to keep you informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. The office staff are very friendly and efficient too. The procedure is explained in detail and all your questions and concerns are answered. There are not enough words to describe how living a pain free life has been ! Don’t hesitate to get those new knees it is the best thing I’ve ever done . Thank you Dr Anthony Costa and Bobbi Pellegrino PA for all you do to help people be able to live a full, pain free and mobile life. My new knees are taking me places I haven’t been in years ! Priceless!

The office is bright, clean and up to date modern. The staff is very friendly and they are knowledgeable in what they do. They let you know step by step what will be done. Dr Costa is extremely knowledgeable in his profession of knee and hip replacement. He did my knee and it feels great. Downside, when you call they are so busy that you can wait 20 minutes before they get back to you. Once you have your appointment and you are in the office, I was there for 2 hours between tests and seeing the doctor. Be prepared for a long visit, but a thorough one
