List of Ilan Waldman's Reviews
Dr waldman was very kind, and put me at ease after my vist, he was very through going throu all my documentation ,offering helpful advice and clear instructions on where to go next. I finally feel like I have an answer as to what's going on. The reception staff were alil rough thou.
Dr Waldman saw me in hospital for Kidney stones and stent procedure. He is kind and thorough. His office staff-however especially Debbie in Eatontown, are EXTREMELY RUDE. If you want to be yelled at when scheduling surgery, or asking about how to handle excruciating pain, get ready. Multiple times in speaking with staff to be she barked, and speaks over patients when they ask questions, condescending when you are in so much pain you cannot walk. I have read multiple reviews saying the same about the staff, which is unfortunate, because the doctors were attentive and informative when I was in the hospital for a week being treated. When you cannot walk or drive from pain, you don’t need Debbie’s attitude, shrieking through the phone like she is doing you a favor.

Doctor Waldman is excellent - always takes his time with me, allowing me to ask as many questions as necessary. His staff is also good, never had an issue with them and they are great to deal with. Waiting time is also on the low side (maybe 15 minutes, if that).
Being a patient of Dr Waldman for years, (I'm a retired Doctor) and Doc W is as good as it gets--chairside kindness, very knowledgable and accountable. A first-rate urologist and I oughta know
1- came in as possible new patient, treated by office like a “cow going to slaughter “. Not a friendly reception. Wanted my insurance card before I became a patient. 2.- Office staff would not let me provide my records for doctor before my office visit (records are not kept by office??); 3.- office would not provide cost amount for an office visit, stating “ oh, your insurance will pay for all but the copay. All I asked was what was the cost of an office visit…
Wonderful!
I have been with Dr. Waldman for over 10 years. He and is staff are professional and courteous. Dr. Waldman spends time with me and answers all my questions and concerns. He very much cares about his patients.
Dr Waldman is wonderful. He is so kind and takes his time explaining everything. All my questions were answered. The office staff was so nice. I've never had any problems. I would recommend Dr Waldman if you are looking for a terrific Urologist
Very disappointed. When calling for an appointment, the first thing you are asked is "what insurance you have" followed by five us your credit card number. We finally got an appointment and when the day of the appointment came we were called that the doctor was overbooked and they'd have to reschedule for the following week, same day, same time. Well, the following week came and we took a cab to the office at a charge of $50. When we got there we were told that we were an hour late for our appointment (we arrived at 2:33 for which we understood the appointment was for 2:30) Dovand, no matter how much we argued that we were told "same day, same time" the doctor would not see my 85 year old husband. We had to call a cab and, for another $50 dollars, we returned home without seeing the doctor. We only hope that we will not be billed $250 for a "missed appointment" which was the fault of an incompetent office in overbooking and rescheduling an appointment. If this is an example of a caring doctor, I'd like to know what an uncaring doctor is!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
