Horrible office staff. Had an appointment today with Dr Kesselman after waiting 6 weeks to see him. We drive 60 miles we get there and the girl tells us he is in surgery and he won't be seeing my husband. She said she called. She didn't I always have my phone on and available. I called office the day before left 2 messages and in the morning of the appointment and left 2 more messages. Never received a call back. I wanted to confirm. Simple courtesy to call and advise. So very upsetting.

Dr. Keselman had lost touch with his patients. I recently had a UTI and called the office with a detailed message. After waiting 24 hours and no callback I left another message, again NO CALLBACK . I left a third message conveying that I was in extreme discomfort. After 4 hours I received a call stating I needed to make an appointment claiming Keselman does it prescribe antibiotics over the phone. ...
