Dr. Novello is great and caring. She’s been helping two of my kids manage their T1D for the past six years. She is always available to discuss everything that comes with the ups and downs of diabetes management. And she is very professional.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Both of my children have been seeing Dr. Novello for several years, for thyroid issues. She takes a conservative and thoughtful approach. She is not warm and fuzzy like many pediatricians, but she's never led me to question her knowledge or her professionalism. We go for follow-ups roughly every 6 months, and we've never had a problem. The office is pretty easy to deal with.

Dr Novello is very rude and lacks any compassion. My daughter has special needs and has hormonal issues which the doctor refuses to care for. We were transferred to her when Dr K retired, he was top notch. If I could give her a zero I would , horrible
