The Most patient, understanding, caring Doctor I have ever seen. Takes time with you, explains everything, and it very gentle. I've had multiple procedures done by him and would never go to anyone else. Trust with a Doctor is the most important and he has mine. I've referred many people to him including my husband.

I saw Dr Decker many years ago for a problem with my index finger and recently I’ve experienced numbness and tingling in my pinky and ring finger. Dr decker recently did cubital tunnel surgery on my elbow to release the nerve causing the problem. It’s only been a few weeks since surgery but I am very pleased with Dr Decker.my surgery went smoothly and dr decker has been very accommodating with post op visits. He’s a kind and caring dr. I would highly recommend him. Some of his front desk personnel could be a little nicer and not so rude and abrupt,however, they are not all nasty. I give Dr Decker 5 stars. Office staff a 3.

Dr. Decker performed a trigger finger release surgery for me just yesterday. What a wonderful experience. He’s a terrific caring surgeon and his surgical staff is amazing too. They all made me feel very comfortable and at ease. A huge Thank you to Dr. Decker and his staff!!!! They are the best!

Dr. Decker is a great hand surgeon. I tore the ligaments in my thumb ten years ago and he corrected that. You would never know as you can not see any scars. Then just two weeks ago he did surgery again for a a carpel boss. He also performed surgery on my husband's ulnar nerve with great success. I highly recommend him.

The best! Dr. Decker saw me the same day for a hand injury. Dr. Decker immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it with minor surgery. There was ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN - and I am very scared of pain. Dr. Decker was very patient and courteous and gave me excellent wound care instructions. There was also NO PAIN after the procedure and no infection or irritation. The wound healed within 3 days and everything is perfect. Dr. Decker is a superb orthopedist and a real gentleman. Thank you - Dr. Decker.

I have had numerous trigger finger surgeries on various fingers in the past w Dr Decker as well as other doctors in other practices. Dr Decker is an amazing doctor and surgeon, his method of releasing trigger finger’s is by far better than other practices. It is minimally invasive and allows you to get back to life quickly and painlessly!
