Dr. Zanni is a wonderful dr. My kids have been seeing him since infancy. Unfortunately, since his office has moved to a new location his new staff is absolutely terrible. I used to call and someone would answer the phone. Now, nobody answers or returns your calls. I had at least 2 more televisist appointments that did not work. I would call to correct the issue but was told they forgot to check me in and or there were technical difficulties. I finally decided to travel almost a hour to just bring my kids in person. Google maps took me to his previous office. I tried to call to tell them that i was lost and to get directions but of they do not pick up the phone. When I get to the office they repeatedly asked me covid questions. I answer them and my answers werent good enough. I got asked 5 more times. I got annoyed and started to complain about my awful experiences. I was told they canceled my childrens' appts, they were no longer his pts, got threatened w/ police & kicked out by security. The best dr with the WORST staff!

My toddler is 2 yr 6 month old got cold and running nose in September. His pediatrician asked to do nothing as it will go away. Well it did not go away and that cold n running nose turned into coughing. It lasted for 4 months. Every time my baby try to sleep(nap or sleep in night), he had dry barking coughing. He basically coughing whenever he lie down. We had total 5 visits in 4 months to his pediatrician and they kept changing his meds from anti-allergy to nebulizer(different inhalers), also tried speculating that he might have an asthma. Our baby and us had no sleep for 4 months. Finally after insisting pediatrician to recommend us to a specialist, they referred us to Dr. Zanni. We had a tele visit and he recommended some anti-biotics. Within 4 days, the cough was gone and all us finally had some good sleep. My son is cured from his long lasting cough. I am so glad and thank full to Dr. Zanni to curing my baby's coughing.

It’s hard enough getting a pediatric pulmonologist appointment. 1 hour before my sons appointment they cancelled us because they didn’t have the right equipment at their location. They tried to reschedule me a month from now. My son is having issues now and can’t wait a month. Poor management and I will never reschedule with them.

If I could give him zero stars I would. Diagnosed my son with Cystic Fibrosis. Said my husband and I didn't need to be tested. I took it upon myself to get tested anyway and found out neither my husband or myself are carriers. That means my son can't have the disease! He had nothing to say to this. Six months thinking my son had this disease was terrible for us and for him. The doctor was unapologetic and told us to go back to the pediatrician. A year later, and we still have no answers. We are now taking him to CHOP.

Amazing office!! Staff are so nice and cured my problems!!

Terrific office. They always go the extra mile for my special needs stepson.

Very rude on the phone, i had more questions, but they dropped the phone, telling that nurse will contact me, never said when they will contact me no respect to people, I am shoked I have called on 3/30/2018 at 1:56pm

My son went to Dr. Zanni yesterday. It was a great visit. He seemed knowledgable and caring. He prescribed the QVAR inhaler,and I went home and gave it to my 8 year old son. Immediately my son started struggling to breathe. I called Dr. Zanni's office. Waited 45 minutes. No phone call back from his office. I called the answering service again, and they said that someone was paged. At one point my son started turning blue around his mouth, and I just brought him to ER. He had a bad reaction to this inhaler, and zanni's office never called me back. EVER! Need a new pulminologist now.

Dr. Zanni many years ago you cared for my little brother, Naheem Reeves he is passed on now. The care Dr. Zanni gave to my brother and supported my family through his care until his final days. my father and I was talking about Dr. ZANNI 20YRS later God bless you such special care was given to my terminally ill brother.

I cannot comment on Dr. Zanni's bedside manner or competence. I decided to switch my asthmatic daughter to Dr. Zanni after a favorable review from a friend. I had to wait months to get an appt. A few weeks before our first appt. the office called to "reschedule" because Dr. Zanni would not be available. They made no attempt to find an appt in the same timeframe as my original. I was told to just wait another month and a half or see a different doctor. Even though our current Pediatric Pulmonologist is quite a bit farther, he clearly is worth the time -- and he can see me much sooner. I have no respect for a doctor who has no respect for his patients.
