I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to have been a patient of Dr. Molinaro. He was a recommendation from someone. I felt like he understood my body and how it did not react as well to a medicated cycle. He was companionate, well informed/knowledgeable and all the things you expect from a doctor when going through such a difficult time. Our baby girl was born healthy and we are beyond grateful to Dr. Molinaro and his staff. As a side note, all the staff (front staff, blood, nurses, ultrasounds staff) was always amazing to deal with at the office. Very well organized.

Dr. Molinaro has the best bedside manner. He is extremely compassionate and will never give up on you. My husband and I first saw Dr. Molinaro in 2018, and we have been with him for the past 4 years. We went through multiple rounds of IVF & IUI. We suffered failed transfers, failed IUIs, a chemical pregnancy, and a miscarriage. But Dr. Molinaro’s positive attitude encouraged us to keep trying and never give up on my dreams. And now we have graduated from RMA! He’s always available for questions and is your biggest cheerleader. The rest of the office staff in Eatontown, NJ are great as well. Always friendly even very early in the morning.

If there is one word I would use to describe Dr Molinaro it would be ... thorough . My husband and I found Dr M after a negative experience with another doctor. Dr M was everything we were hoping for. He took the time to meet with us in office, explain all treatment options, the pros/cons of each, and provided a proposed plan. We decided to move forward with IVF and had great success. It was so nice to have access to the RMA team via their app -- our answers were answered within 24 hours every time! More importantly, the treatment plan was thorough. There are many visits to the office that are involved in the treatment plan - bloodwork and ultrasounds, for example - and RMA updated you with your results each time. I am sad to leave the RMA but I am forever thankful for this team!

If I could give more than 5 stars…I would. Dr. Molinaro (and absolutely everyone at RMA) are truly THE best of the best. Dr. Molinaro is incredibly kind, compassionate, highly competent, responsive, has a great sense of humor, and is very flexible in adjusting treatment plans to fit individual patients’ needs. He actively listened to mine and my husband’s concerns and answered all of our questions (which we had a ton) throughout the entire fertility treatment process. We are absolutely over-the-moon and tremendously grateful to say that we are finally pregnant after so many painful, heartbreaking years of trying to grow our family. Without Dr. Molinaro and the entire staff of RMA, none of this would have been possible. We still have a long way to go to meet our baby, but thanks to the wonderful people of RMA, we are more hopeful than ever! I emphatically recommend Dr. Molinaro to absolutely anyone who is struggling to have a child or even considering treatment. He makes the process a lot less scary, is with you every step of the way, and is truly invested in each and every patient having a successful outcome. He really cares! RMA will forever feel like home to my husband and I. They make you feel safe, comfortable, and supported every single day. THANK YOU (beyond measure) to Dr. Molinaro and everyone at RMA. You are our angels!

I just recently gave birth to my daughter after undergoing IVF with Dr. Molinaro. I first met Dr. Molinaro when seeking a second opinion after working with an RE at another practice. Dr. Molinaro came highly recommended by multiple people. My partner and I were so impressed after our first consultation that we decided to remain under his care. He is compassionate, communicative, and determined to assist his patients in making their dreams come true. We can't thank him enough.

Dr. Molinaro is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever had to work with. After switching fertility clinics and being taken under his care, my husband and I knew instantly that we made the right choice. Dr. Molinaro is kind, compassionate, an expert in this field and one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have encountered in my complicated fertility journey. Every step along the way he educated me on the “why” but also made sure my husband and I were wholeheartedly bought in to the treatment plan. I have encountered more doctors than I could count but Dr. Molinaro is what every healthcare professional should be like. We are forever grateful to have had/still have him in our corner cheering us through our pregnancy.
