Very unprofessional and arrogant, and instead of listening to concerns he was just interested in bills! The office staff are very unfriendly and rude the riverside medical is a filthy place

Worst medical experience with Dr. Atoot and his staff at riverside. They are so unorganized . I visited for a physical and instead of addressing my issues they just wanted to do their own routine test and bill me. I had to visit multiple times because they messed up the appointments or forgot to actually take the right tests (in one case they scheduled my test and ask me to fast just to find out the lap is closed duringmy appointment. The staff also specifically told me I won't be charged for certain things but ended up billing me. After several months of follow up they are just ignoring the issue and passing me between billing, insurance and other. They have no respect for patients.

Even though this is a busy practice, Dr Atoot is always attentive, has helped me with finding specialists, and was always ready to help. Furthermore, the administrative staff has been very courteous and helpful as well!

He is very Polite, but make you worry so much. He always prescribed me high blood pressure medicine when I never suffered from High Blood pressure, even my pressure is the opposite “low. He did not listen me. Even he prescribed me another medicines that gave me a very bad reaction. After those things I changed my primary Doctor

Again I am admitted to Palisade medical center since last 1 week Fell down from bed could not get up on own sudden stiffness and weight gain in my thighs I am admitted on the 4th floor room 440-2. Again for fluid retention Today is 11th December 2019.
