Very honest and caring doctor. I was scared and he reassured me that everything would be all right. He is also an excellent diagnostician and figured out what was wrong with me right away. I trusted him and cannot recommend him highly enough.

He was very caring despite the fact that he was very busy. Very professional and helped me calm down right away because I knew I could trust his judgment. Wasn't too quick to prescribe meds and asked several questions to make sure he had the right diagnosis. I'm glad he was there to help. It made a scary situation bearable, and I'm soo grateful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Islam for 2+ years and he has been professional with me--however, his staff, including other doctors at multiple PromptMD locations, show serious gaps in professionalism and competency. For example, in 2018 they submitted my blood work to a lab not covered by my insurance after which the lab began harassing me with collection notices—in fairness, a year after the fact, they helped me stop the harassment. However, in 2/19 I received an annual physical when the DR barely examined me and in 5/19 the administrative staff and another MD in the practice BOTCHED communication with my insurance company so as to delay my access to key diagnostic procedures—All of this is beyond unprofessional bordering on negligent.

Every time I have been to this Hoboken location I have been very pleased with the care from Dr. Islam, the front desk staff, and the short wait times. I highly recommend this facility and doctor.

We had our first visit at PromptMD on Monday (March 14) and again today (March 16) with Dr. Islam. What a pleasure. Highly recommend.

Save yourself a headache and DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Islam does not care about his patients, only about $$$. Completely unprofessional. I was told I could not have my prescriptions for Celexa and Wellbutrin renewed because they are "controlled substances". This is a complete lie and any medical professional would laugh at the sheer stupidity of this claim. It's hard to convince idiots of the truth when they are wrong or unwilling to admit they lie and intentionally provide their patients with false information. Prompt MD is not by any stretch of the imagination a legitimate "medical" practice. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Dr. Islam is a wonderful and caring doctor. It's so nice to have him in town. I've never had to wait long and he is willing to help with anything. I once had to go to him for a refill on thyroid medicine as my endocrinologist couldn't see me soon enough. The pharmacy next door was recommended by Dr. Islam and they are equally fantastic! I think I will continue to go here even after I move out of the area.

I don't have a regular physician, nor do I have insurance. In times of severe medical need, I would go to hospital ER's - and pay through the nose for impersonal, cattle-call style service. Then I found Prompt MD and the handsome Dr. Islam. Nice, professional, thorough, affordable, no attitude, no waiting...a complete pleasure as far as medical treatment is concerned. I feel welcome, cared about, and very well cared for...I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Islam and Prompt MD in Hoboken.
