List of Anish Nihalani's Reviews
If I could, I would give Nihalani Group 0 stars. I am not one to write reviews ever, but I need to help warn others to go anywhere but here. First, the punctuality is awful. Every single appointment time you end up waiting 15+ minutes to see someone and it ends up just being a PA, not the doctor. Second, getting in contact with this practice is impossible. Every time it goes to voicemail or you talk to their very hostile front desk woman (I believe her name is Katelyn). In office, I have heard her speak very rude and negative to a person on the phone over insurance plans. Dr. Nihalani is a very nice man and so is his PA, but because of the negative experiences I have experienced with the front desk, I will not be returning. Overall, I would advise people to stay away as this group is not worth your time.
Dr. Nihalani is a very sweet Dr. and did a great job performing my gastric sleeve surgery in January 2023. HOWEVER, his availability, punctuality, in addition to his absolutely RUDE front desk manager is strictly unacceptable. Even though Ive made my appointments months in advance because he never seems to have availability, Ive still had to wait OVER AN HOUR before being seen on multiple occasion. After bringing it to the front desks attention, I was told that I was more than welcome to continue waiting or reschedule because "The doctor is busy and is running behind". HORRIBLE PATIENT SERVICE, will not be going there for any reason going forward.
Although my surgery and results went well, getting an appointment and dealing with the rude front desk staff at this office has been a nightmare. Ive made appointments months in advance and have been asked to wait over an hour to be seen for a post-op appointment which is strictly rude and unacceptable. After bringing it to the front desks attention, I was told I was more than welcome to wait or reschedule because “The doctors busy and running behind”. Will not be going there for any reason anymore, RUN.
Extensive wait times + horrible front desk staff

The doctors are very professional and seem caring, but the real problem with this practice is their front staff - they carry themselves in an unprofessional manner, constantly cutting you off as you try to explain why you're calling. It happened to me recently, as i was trying to speak to either to my doctor, or the more experienced front staff person about a prescription w/refills, that wasn't written out for the correct number of refills sent to the pharmacy on the initial RX order, and I found myself short one refill. After the pharmacy indicated this to me, they immediately sent the authorization to the dr. office same day. I then called the dr. office next morning, bc no one from the doctor's office followed up w/me. The person who took the call, was cold and short, began to immediately run through the rules of the authorizations for prescriptions without understanding my needs. She also refused to offer a telemed visit w/my doctor when I told her that i couldn't come in , as I am sick, and just needed to have the refill error cleared up. Well, I might as well have been speaking a Martial language! She wasn't listening... pointed out that I had to go to the office, and proceeded to tell me their first availability in the book for office visit. I tried to explain again that i'm sick, and that i also work in the morning, and can't make an appointment in 3 days. I asked to speak to the same people again... she said they're busy (aren't they always...) I asked to be called back and hung up. No one called me back, so I called back 3 hours later and received another rude person on the phone, Judy, who seemed to know why i was calling, but offered no understanding of the situation, and started to talk over me as well. She indicated that a telemed visit would be possible... This was after the young lady earlier in the morning said that telemed visits are no longer available! Judy continued to explain the procedures for prescription authorizations without the full understanding or appreciation of what was happening with the refill error. Continued to talk over me, and put me on hold while i was finally able to say something. Finally she asked me if i wanted the telemed visit!! UH, YES... if she took the time to listen, she would have understood this much sooner! No matter how good a doctor you may be, if your front office is constantly bulldozing over the patient with verbal diarrhea, and not offering an immediate solution that also works for the patient, then you are as incompetent as your front office. PS: their office is extremely small and uncomfortable. PPS: to have a front desk person continue to claim that no one is available each time I call, and then hear one of them in the background (Nicole) laughing with others in the background, as she's taking their phone orders, to me is about as rude and unprofessional as you get behave in an office environment.
I've been a patient of Dr Nihalani as well as other nurses within his practice for over 2 years now. They're amazing, professional, and always make you feel comfortable & at ease. I trust them with my health and I'd recommend them to anyone!
I am so glad that I visited Nihalani Aesthetics and Group.I highly recommend them! The staff is amazing and easy to work with! Great experience!
Called at 12pm April -6 The stuff refused to take me even offering cash if it insurance problems- Which it’s not - Saying we fully booked . Can’t take you ! Asking to find another doctor! What kind of scam office is that ! Staff branch or rude employees. So bad experience 👎🏻
The staff and doctor are amazing. They are very responsive and extremely helpful with insurance matters.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
