We were charged for the services which were not rendered. When we called to find out, we were told how will you prove, it's your words against the doctor. We lost all the trust for this place. In future If we ever plan to go there again we'll record our interaction with the doctor Please check your bill before you pay.

I had a really great experience. The Dr listened to me and did a helpful exam and even took X-rays to help treat me, he also gave me some inflammatory medication so I'm not in constant pain. I feel confident that he will put me on the road to recovery.

Had an appointment with Dr.Ramani and as always, it’s a good experience with him. But the X ray technician was not available and being an orthopedic group, it is surprising. While Dr. Ramani explained well based on what he heard from me, I am sure having X-Rays would have given him a better idea. I felt it was a waste of time driving 25 miles for this appointment. Not sure if I will visit again.

I’ve been coming to the establishment for 6 years with no problems. I had a surgery done here in May/2022 dr ramani was very nice and everything was coordinated okay. Be very weary about the place you decide to get your surgery at. They didn’t now want to see a month after my surgery because of payment issue . They would canceled all my appointments every month and after being frustrated with them I decided to move on to a new orthopedic. They held my medical records for 4 months and there billing departments is very rude. They don’t care about their patience if the monetary balance isn’t paid. My health was gotta significantly worse since coming here, if your can’t afford to pay your balance they won’t even look at you . Also their front desk is by far the worst the attitude I received was uncalled for, if your owe them anything they will act different towards you. Nobody deserves to be treated how was after coming 6+ years.
