Dr. Purvi took the time to thoroughly evaluate my knee and back condition, and explained the diagnosis in easy-to-understand terms. The therapy sessions handled by Dr Kaur were a perfect balance of challenge and support tailored to my condition. After completing my treatment, I’m thrilled to say I’m stronger in my movements. I had a great experience with Healing joints Edison. My Physical therapist was super friendly, caring and always motivational. I loved each step involved Right from getting consultation, booking appointment till therapy exercising, everything was flexible and perfect. Highly thankful for all the friendly staffs who made me to get a complete relief from my back pain. It was an eye opener for me, my physical therapist gave lot of inputs to gain my strength back which gave me confidence in building myself and moving forward. There billing department is extremely money minded and don't care about anything else. I have Physical therapy copay of $25 which was discussed and reviewed with there receptionist and my insurance beforehand twice. Later on for 1st visit, they billed insurance for evaluation and other stuff which aetna insurance said they never cover any evaluation from PT but cover all therapeutic procedures. Inspite of then trying to work with patient, there billing department asked us to pay full amount (including any evaluation charges) both for 1st visit for me and my wife. Extremely unethical. Rationale they gave me later is that aetna generally doesn't cover evaluations and i am like why you didn't tell this to me earlier and asking me to pay for these non sensical charges after 11 visits are done. So BEWARE. Update 08/02: They didn't even send me any bill and put these ridiculous charges to debt collection. They also slammed me with some charges from Jan 2023 visit (1.5 years later) which i have a record that i paid. Would highly recommend to stay away from this practice.

I was referred to the Healing Joints Physical Therapy, Edison (HJPT) by my doctor. I have been going there for my therapy since the first week of January 2024. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and respectful. Because of the therapist’s expertise and attention, the intensity of my pain has gone down from 10 to 1 within 4 weeks. I highly recommend HJPT.
