Worst eye doctor with horrible staff. My both parents went there to get their vision checked and get prescription for eye glasses. They were made to go through so many unnecessary tests and at the end given prescriptions for some eye drops and ointments. They were told to come back in one month to get their vision checked. Why couldnt they give the eyeglasses prescription during first time? We made the appointment saying we want the vision test (and not a series of unwanted tests to be billed to Medicare). No other eye doctor in the past did this with my parents. Anyways, one month passed with my parents religiously putting the eye drops and ointments. Now, I called again to make a follow up appointment and no one picked the phone. If I get lucky and the horribly rude woman picks the phone, she would put me on hold for whole 10 minutes before cutting the call. To be precise, I called whole day on 08/17/21 and in the morning of 08/18/21. Finally on 08/18, this rude woman showed mercy and spoke to me only to tell me the next available appointment is almost one month later. I said, okay let me think and I will call you back. She said every time you call back you get later and later appointment. ( I wondered if they still get patients after their horrible services). I was so tired and upset with them and told that I would rather change the doctor than to deal with them.

La primera vez que fui me hicieron todos los examenes en los ojos Cuando me atendio el doctor me miro rapidamente los ojos y me dijo que volviera en un mes Es la primera vez en 55 anos que un doctor no me da la prescipcion para los lentes el mismo dia cuando voy por segunda vez me querian hacer los examenes de nuevo a lo que me reuse cuando el dr me atendio queria seguir haciendome examenes sin ninguna razon solo porque dice que tenia unas manchas por la edad le pregunte si me perjudicaba en algo dijo que no y si se podia hacer algo me dijo no Entonces para que otro examen? Me hizo ;la prescipcion de mala manera sin preguntar mucho sin mover los lentes hacia los costados He ido miles de veces a oftalmologos nunca jamas me paso algo asi Tengo hipermeotropia ,agtigmatismo y cataratas cuando termino de hacerme la prescipcion me dijo que volviera en dos mese para ver si estaba comoda con ellos Mi pregunta es si no estoy comoda y los lentes estan mal quien me va a pagar nuevamente la prescipcion ? Mis lentes son muy caros son bifocales yo pago extra para que los adelgacen pues son muy gruesos los cristales Honestamente el PEOR oftalmologo que en mi vida consulte ,solo quiere sacar dinero y lo importante que es tener una prescipcion correcta no lo hace bien Tambien me pude dar cuenta que los empleados se dan cuenta de la estafa y no saben ya como pedir disculpas el peor doctor de la vista que vi en mi vida entera
