I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Poonia based on his reputation, but the experience was awful. The woman I spoke to was rude, impatient, and completely lacked empathy. She rushed me, talked over me, and turned the call into an argument when I asked to speak. This level of behavior is unacceptable in a medical setting. After my interaction with such a staff member, I can’t help but question the overall level of service patients receive. While Dr. Poonia may be an excellent provider, the office staff clearly needs basic training in manners, communication, and patient care as they are the first point of contact for someone trying to schedule an appointment.

I had an appointment today for an issue I wanted to discuss and learned that I would need a procedure done to take care of it. Dr. Bahri was great with explaining everything to me and how it would be done. Zaid and Maria at this office were also so so friendly and great. My procedure and follow up appointments were scheduled before I even left the office! As a new patient the process and my appointment was fairly quick and easy!

Had my #8 Left AAGSV RFA done here and it went great! Staff was friendly, doctor explained everything, and the procedure was quick with little discomfort. Feeling so much better already!

Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take time to try to figure out the best ways to help you. Everyone at the surgery center is very nice helpful.

Dr. Dyall and his staff, starting with the check in staff is always so pleasant and professional, the clinical staff is patient, professional and understanding m, Dr. Dyall professional and respectful as usual with and unlimited amount of knowledge. Finally the check out staff professional and courteous, makes you can't wait for your next appointment.

Overall I usually have a good experience with Interventional Pain Management. I share this and hope it will be received. I had an appointment for a proceedure and learned aoon after arriving and only because i noticed a different doctors name on my records..that my usual physician was not doing the proceedure and a new doctor would be. I just don't understand how you could change the doctor that a patient has developed a relationship and trust with. I find this unprofessional! This is serious and I contemplated on whether to proceed or not. Of course I have that rite but it should not have cone to this. Communication, respect are so important especially when your dealing with a person's body. DO BETTER.

I just want to thank Dr Poonia and Shama. I have been going here for about 2 years. Shama is an amazing PA She really seems to care about me and my pain level. Also the office staff is excellent. Every phone call is always returned and the problem is taken care. Of as fast as possible. Thanks again
