She was my doctor in 2015/2016 and she’s absolutely amazing. Her staff is very friendly, reliable, and they communicate well. She was available to me when ever I needed her, I trusted the whole team and had a great delivery. Thank you Dr. Han.

Found Dr Han through my insurance website and decided to give it a try I called to make an appointment and was given an appointment for 3 days later which is perfect because I needed to be seen right away receptionist was great, fast forward to my appointment on 3/2/23 I walk in receptionist was great, didn’t wait long about 1/2 hr went in the girl who took my blood pressure and urine sample was also great, very sweet Dr Han came in like 10 more minutes after was very nice and sweet and very attentive to my concerns. I look forward to going back to her

Dr. Ji soo Han submitted lab work without my concern and I was sent a bill for $196. Be careful! Even though I have insurance these tests are not covered. Very disappointed.

Dr. Han repeatedly suggested a pretty invasive procedure as a solution for extremely painful and heavy periods. I told her I do not want the procedure but she offered no alternatives. Never ordered any testing to even find out why I’ve been suffering for years. Then I go to an appointment on my lunch break. I was in extreme pain. I changed into a gown and waited in the room for an hour. When I finally opened the door to ask about the wait I was told she had an emergency at JFK and would “BRB.” I was upset. When I returned, I told the doctor that her staff should have informed me instead of letting me sit bleeding on the table for an hour in pain she simply got up and walked out of the room. I was not confrontational, simply expressing my concern so it would not be repeated and she didn’t so much as offer an apology. I left and won’t be returning. She hasn’t helped me in any regard any way.

Cancelled my appointment specifically because of rude staff/receptionist. They have billing issues and they DO NOT check if your insurance covers the visit, nor do they care.

TERRIBLE!!!!! The staff is beyond rude and the secretary, knows nothing about customer service. Advice to Dr.Haan, make it a point to call your patients to let them know you no longer take their insurance! This is the second time I've had issues with their office when it came down to communication. And if you're a little over weight she will treat you different as well. Be aware.
