My mother had an appointment today, and was treated very well! As always, the mammogram technician was kind, friendly and professional. Very pleased with the high quality of care received, would highly recommend!
Go anywhere else but here! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a facility. I booked a week in advance, waited an hour after I got there only to be told I needed to be rescheduled. I’ve been to the Cranford location without a problem in the past. Edison is incompetency at its finest. I will no longer trust NJ Imaging Network with my health. If I could give 0 stars I would. They didn't keep me waiting. They stayed on schedule. The place was clean. The technician was very friendly and caring. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

We had m r I test on September 30, 2022 but was not finished because staff didn't explain. I need to come again. Staff need to retrain. Taking long time to finish test. Need to improve service.
People at the desk were 5 star, very nice. Technician was totally heartless and rude. Would never recommend this place. I was in extreme pain and he would down to me.he didn't care and it showed.

Beware of incorrect billing by the front desk. I was supposed to have MRI done at this location. When I made my appointment I spoke with scheduling and billing to make shure bill would be done correctly prior to my appointment. I provided the reference number from my insurance patient's responsibility is $100.00 copay for MRI. Following week when I came for my appointment the front desk person Samina asked me to pay $444.84. I told her that with my insurance my responsibility should be Copayment $100 and that she should look at the notes and reference number under my account. Samina reviewed the notes and reference number and said : " yes you pay only $100" I gave her my card and she gave me receipt for my $100 payment. The problem was that the receipt showed that I still owe $344.84 balance. When I asked why my receipt doesn't show $0 balance , Samina said she doesn't know why and refused to make appropriate corrections. I asked to void the transaction and refund me $100 because I can't do the test and be responsible for incorrect bill. Samina said that is nothing that she can do. After long conversation the other lady at front desk voided my transaction. Unfortunately I couldn't do my test because of rude and unprofessional service of front desk representative. I wish there was something less than one star. Please do not go to these facilities, I had gotten an MRI from them back in May and needed another one done this September. I called to schedule the appointment and I tried to get one on a Saturday and they insisted they had never had Saturday appointments, when I had received one on a Saturday back in May. They asked for a script, and they said they were going to contact the doctor on my behalf and to stay on the line. They then hung up on me. I called again and told them I would contact the doctor and have them fax the script they took my info. My doctor faxed the script but when I called again New Jersey imaging did not have it. This went on several times between doctor and NJ imaging. I then received a call for NJ imaging asking about scheduling and I tried but they could not find any record of me. The woman argued with me that I had not seen them since 2014! This continued for a while until she realized she was looking at a different patients record. Once again, they had no record of the script. I had to go to my doctor's office to get it. I finally received my appointment for 3 o'clock filled out the pre appointment confirmation the day prior and confirmed my appointment. The day of the appointment I was fasting and not drinking as I was ordered when mid-day, I receive WE ARE SORRY YOU COULD NOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT TEXT. I checked on my appointment link and I could no longer access my information. I called and was on hold for a half hour until I talked to someone, they put me on hold for another 15 so they could find out what happened. She told me they had no tech at the office, and they had to cancel if I would like to reschedule. NO APOLOGIES FOR WASTING MY TIME or not having the courtesy to call and tell me it was not me missing the appointment but something at their end. This is terrible customer service. I was just in the area and i needed to make an appt. She asked me if i have an appt and i said no. But i have told her that i am off today and she squeeze me in. Same day service!!!! Awesome experience. And when i got in for my mammo. The technician is the best, very pleasant and quick... thank you very mucho... til my next exam.

My mother and I received both of our MRI’s here and MRI technician, Mr. Pedro was the best- he made sure we were comfortable and relaxed, in addition to being attentive to any questions we had.
The dumbest people I have ever met in life. Can't even follow basic instructions. Gave them my information in writing and still messed it up putting into the system they have. No patience at all and rude and unorganized. I rate them at a ZERO....... and they half way speak English well also please try to do better.
It was good experience. Medical and service staff are polite and caring, they explained everything in detail before the procedure.
My appointment was at 745am and was advised to be there at 730 am. The mammogram tech walked in at 8am.
