List of Nimisha Shukla's Reviews
The service at this pediatrician's office has become increasingly painful over time, and it no longer feels like a place to receive quality care for your children. Instead, it seems to prioritize profit-making with unprofessional, untrained, and extremely rude staff. If you dare to take more than 5 minutes of their time to ask about your child's health or any related concerns, they become incredibly disrespectful and rush you off. Even the assistant doctors lack professionalism. On two separate occasions, my son's vaccination was missed, despite my continuous efforts to inquire about it. They took blood work twice, promising to inform us of the results, but they never followed up even after the reports were available. I had to call them repeatedly for three days just to get an update on the status of the reports. Scheduling a sick appointment is also a challenge. You have to consider yourself lucky if you manage to secure a same-day appointment; otherwise, the receptionist will inform
Service has deteriorated over time.. all untrained staff. Too long waiting time. Misplaced school forms twice..

I would recommend never going to this office. 1. Cleanliness - There is no sink or hand sanitizer in the room, therefore the staff does not clean their hands before touching your child, they often don't even wear gloves when giving shots or assessing the child. I have never seen any items cleaned and have been put in dirty rooms that were not cleaned between patients. 2. COVID - Masks are typically ...

I have never seen any items cleaned and have been put in dirty rooms that were not cleaned between patients. 2. COVID - Masks are typically pulled down below their noses or chins while they are working, in the rooms several times their masks have been below their noses, Dr. Shukula (the owner) will pull off her mask to speak to you. If you ask to wait in your car they tell you to come into the office and then you still wait in the waiting room or a room for 45-60 minutes. I have waited 45 minutes as the very first appointment of the day. 3. Staff - In the 10 months I have gone to see them I have barely seen the same doctor twice, there seems to be a rotating door of physicians. The physicians are typically not up on the latest research and frequently contradict each other. One NP told me the ONLY benefit of breastfeeding was that the mother felt a connection to her child. 4. Illegal billing - The office regularly over bills for visits. I found hidden in the portal copays from 4 different visits that they charged me for but shouldn't have. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with the billing department to get those copays refunded. They also did not file several claims on time and then refused to file them when I realized their error. For the sake of yourself and your children's health stay far away from this unethical and unsanitary business.

Minimum wait time from your appointment time is 45 mts. You need to pay deposit before seeing the doctor. Front office and billing are very rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
