Ny Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Me and my wife recently started our therapy at Jag One Therapy at Park Ave,Edison (erstwhile Arrow therapy). Facility is clean and nice with all their staff. Brian, is the main therapist and clinical director of the therapy center. Since our first evaluation , We both have been not only satisfied but are also BENEFITTED from Brian’s skillful and very professional expertise-knowledge during our 6/8!weeks therapy treatment. We would definitely continue with Brian and his staff Ms.Janki who also is very knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend this therapy center and Mr.Brian Tababa and wish Jag One a great success.

Brian, the therapist and clinical director of the therapy center is so skilled and knowledgeable using not only exercise as a treatment regimen but also the use of ice and massage that he performs himself. Brian is a very hands on therapist who not only ensures your safety and well being, but also makes you feel comfortable. We’ve had very negative experiences in other therapy centers and were apprehensive before starting but Brian was kind enough to provide us with a walk thru of the center and a brief on his experience and gave us all the information we needed before starting. Not only is Brian a great PT, his assistants/aides are also very helpful and ensure you understand your exercises. Jhanki, the assistant whom I have also worked with, is very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire staff of their physical therapists, aides, and receptionists are so professional, kind and helpful. I am very confident in recommending this location, especially Brian to anyone who needs PT.

The former Arrow Physical Therapy is absolutely wonderful. Every single therapist that I saw was attentive, mindful, thoughtful, and respectful. No, every experience was not identical, but each was wonderful in its own way. I had 6 weeks of sessions and I'm pretty sure I worked with everyone there. In 6 weeks, I waited to be seen for maybe 5 minutes. I was consistently checked up on when I was left to do my own moves and the team made sure that I was improving. Moving appointments was never an issue, and I left with no pain. I cannot say that I want to go back (that would mean that I'm hurt or in pain), but if I need to, this location is a no-brained! Did I say the team was AMAZING?!?!

I was concerned when I recently contacted Arrow PT to make an appointment for a problem I was having with my ankle only to find out they had changed ownership and was now JAG PT. But I soon realized that I could expect the same personal attention and level of care that I previously experienced. Brian is wonderfully caring and, even though my injury is minor compared to the rehab others need, I'm treated with the same respect and concern. I especially appreciate that Brian set up an exercise regimen on StriveHub, complete with videos of each exercise so that I can review how to do the exercises at home. The result has been that I can go about my daily routine almost entirely pain free and I'm hopeful that when I've completed my treatment the problem will be completely resolved. Thank you to the entire staff who are all friendly, helpful and professional.

I got a Bankart repair on my left shoulder in July of 2023 and I came here for my post-surgery rehabilitation. The therapist here took good care of me and cared about my well-being and the condition of my repair. Each time I tried a new exercise she would ask if I was ok and if the exercise was ok to do. Great service overall. With regard to my recovery, it was quick and I regained my range of motion and strength quickly. That is to say that within two months of my surgery, I was able to start push-ups on my knees and I was able to hold planks. Within 3 months I became quite active and was able to slowly lift weights and perform exercises that wouldn't affect the repair. I completed physical therapy 4 months after my date of surgery and I'm quite happy with my progress. I am able to go back to the gym and I'm happy that I can do a few overhead pulling exercises like chin ups and lat pulldowns. If you are getting this procedure done or if you have gotten it and are in therapy for rehabilitation here's some advice. Take things slowly. You need to give your body time to heal effectively. Don't rush exercises you can't handle. Even if it takes weeks and months, its definitely worth the wait.

Brian, Martha and the entire staff are amazing! I highly recommend and I am already a repeat customer! I try to come once a year to strengthen my Hips and Quads to keep my ole knees in good shape:) My orthopedist refers me! Great work always:)

I had a very bad knee injury 2 months ago, I came to Jag one PT . The office was friendly and I was given an appt. the next day. My physical therapist is Brian Tababa. He has really helped me get my pain level down, and my mobility is getting so much better. I would recommend Brian Tababa and Jag One to everyone I know.

My therapist was Akshi Shah... I am 75 yrs old and Akshi put me through my paces. She was extremely professional and extremely careful, always asking if I had any pain She always had complete faith in me which inspired me to continue exercising on my own . She was always cheerful and when she had 1 or 2 other patients she always came back to me... I never got lost in the shuffle. The equipment is excellent and I highly recommend Akshi Shah, she’s the best!

I was very pleased with our experience at Jag. The care was outstanding from the beginning to the end. The staff were very polite, courteous, caring and professional. We were always met with smiles and laughter. Akshi Shah, our physical therapist was just simply remarkable. Akshi was very knowledgeable and experienced, and exhibited such great care and patience that made me feel that my 86-year-old mother was in safe hands. I am truly grateful to Akshi and the entire staff at Jag. I will always happily and readily recommend Jag to friends and family in need of physical therapy! THANK YOU GUYS!!!
