Before my first visit with Dr. Kang i believed that all chiropractors were the same. Dr Kang definitely gave me a different view and changed my mind of that. Most chiropractors like to just adjust patients without knowing any history. The first thing I was advised was to get some X-rays done to see if there was anything contributing to my pain. I got some X-rays done and even got my feet scanned to see if I needed orthotics. Looking at my X-rays I found out that I had scoliosis and the doctor gave me my options on how to move forward from there. I was given the option to do an intensive program to treat my scoliosis. I also ordered orthotics to help out and let me tell you they are amazing! I look forward to starting my treatment and I can definitely see the passion the doctor has in treating his patients. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

Three years ago a few well known spine specialists at neurosurgery departments of Penn medicine and Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, diagnosed me with a mild scoliosis (10 degree). They told me that I was born with it and assured me that the curve will not increase and I do not need any treatment! Three years later, after continuous sever sciatic pain, based on 3D X-ray, the same neurosurgeons informed me that my scoliosis is worsen from mild to moderate 24 degree! Without any regret for 3 years delay in treating my scoliosis, all they could offer was seeing a regular PT (not even scoliosis specialist) and having steroid injection. They said nothing can be done except waiting till the curve worsen to 30 degree to conduct extremely risky surgery that may not have promising result. I realized that I need more aggressive treatment with a true scoliosis specialist which is very hard to find…but I was extremely lucky to find Dr. Kang in NJ/NY area (3.5 hrs driving distance from me). After my first visit with Dr Kang, I knew I am in a right place! He uses specific techniques tailored for each patient. He takes time teaching all the exercises and guides you through by explaining the goal of each exercise. He sends videos of everything he teaches. I am currently registered for the full program (20 visits) and have completed the first intensive week. I have many more sessions and lots of hope. At this point of time, I am not sure how the treatment will correct my curvature, but I am very hopeful and wish I could have found Dr Kang 3 years ago when well known spine specialists in Philadelphia misled me. I will be update on my results as time progresses. I would highly recommend Dr. Kang to anyone with scoliosis.

Dr Kang is one of the best in his field. My son’s scoliosis curve dramatically decreased in only two months of treatment. After just 2 visits I already feel less pain and my posture is noticeably straighter. Dr. Khan is truly an expert in what he does. During my first visit he took x-rays and I was able to see them immediately just a few minutes after. I was shocked to see how much my scoliosis progressed and my neck was also leaning forward. He told me in specific detail what my problems were and what treatment plan would be most affective. He has various equipment to address my specific curve and he adjusts the equipment for all his patients. He truly cares for all his patients. He is not like a regular doctor that treats their patients like just another medical case. He is kind, funny, very personable, and takes amazing care of all his patients. I looked up other doctors in the city that treat scoliosis and their treatment plans were much more expensive-up to $20,000. I don’t have $20,000 laying around so needless to say I’m so glad Dr. Khan is offering his care at a MUCH lower price. If you are considering treating your scoliosis, PLEASE go see Dr. Khan. Scoliosis progresses very fast so treating it immediately is the smartest thing to do. I travel from the Bronx to see Dr. Khan in New Jersey and it’s 100% worth it. I would travel from across the country if I had to because his treatment is so effective. Scoliosis is a very complex issue and I would only trust my condition in the hands of Dr. Khan. He doesn’t just crack your back like a regular chiropractor; he has a bunch of therapy equipment to help the condition. I would recommend him to anyone suffering from this condition. I never noticed how scoliosis affected my mood. Constantly rubbing my aching shoulders and back and trying to stand up straight felt like a chore. I have 19 treatments left and I am so excited to see my results at the end of this treatment. Thank you Dr. Khan, you are truly a Godsend. Sorry for the long review but I just had to share! :)

My daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis and I saw Dr Kang's reviews online and I've decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did! After 14 visits and home excercises I can see real improvement in both angles! Both angles have been reduced significantly and that's only after 14 visits! Highly recommended!

I am an overseas patient from Hong Kong. Very grateful of Dr Kang for making time for me over Thanksgiving week, even over time. His instructions were very clear and patient. Very impressed by his real time xray facility that show me how my back is and what it is capable to do with the right instructions.. Rarely any of my prior doctor would spend 1-1 time with me to teach me detailed instruction to twist my shoulder and back. Highly recommend Dr Kang for scoliosis care.

It was my 18-yr old grandchild's 1st visit with Dr. Kang yesterday. My daughter and I found him to be professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough with his explanation regarding my grandchild's condition. We can sense the sincerity in his discussion with us. I feel that he is the answer to my prayers. We didn't want any surgery for my grandchild's scoliosis and I have so much faith that he will be able to lessen and improve her curvature. We are looking forward to more fruitful visits.
