Jillian & entire Staff are Amazing!!
I couldn’t be happier with choosing Professional PT to do my rehab! Bridget Felder has gone beyond my expectations from knowledge to sincere caring of my specific injury. The staff works closely with you as well, never a moment where you’re not taken care of. I highly recommend Bridget, staff and Professional PT!
I went to the Rutherford, NJ location. Everything about the place was great. It was extremely clean. The were constantly wiping down the tables. Went in with a sore arthritic knee and came out almost pain free. Michael and Rudy were fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone needing PT.
My daughter is being treated by Alex and he's great with her. She thinks he's funny and looks forward to seeing him every week. I get treatment from him too and I'm starting to feel some relief. 100% recommend!!!
I highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy. The therapists are knowledgeable and adhere to their mission of being caring, ethical, friendly, and providing excellent care. The room is spotless and the ambience is calming.
I am happy to have chosen to do my physical therapy at Professional Physical Therapy in Edison. I can tell the therapists there are very interested in helping patients recover from surgeries and injuries. I feel confident that the treatment I receive there will help me fully recover from my surgery.
All of the stuffs at Professional Physical and Hand Therapy are friendly. They are patient to listen about your conditions and have their own professional knowledge and skills to assist you and support you to get well as soon as possible.
Only my 2nd time (lifetime) seeing a physical therapist. The 1st time was last week, a horrific experience. So Professional Physical deserves 10 stars in comparison. I started off working with Kirsten in South Plainfield. She assisted with all the details. She might be the kindest person ever. Then a call from the home office telling me that my Insurance still has a claim open from 2018 and assisted me in clearing this ordeal up. So I get to my 1st appointment with Professional exactly a week after my ordeal with the 1 star in Bridgewater. I arrive and the coolest thing was a virtual zoom type meeting with a representative on a laptop. The young lady was so helpful confirming I was all set up and ready for therapy, eliminating time. Compared to last week. Confusion with receptionist no paperwork even though it was a Hunterdon company. Then I am told I am 45 minutes early after making me wait 15 minutes. Then apologizing she was wrong. I always imagined physical therapy was some hands on. Wrong at Hunterdon. I spent an hour doing paperwork and then given computer hand outs to do at home. As I left not one business card of ANY therapist. Ok. let's go to Professional. my therapists are Zachary and Kirsten. Great team. Both have business cards when you enter and their licenses hung up. I am so impressed with them. So kind caring and helpful. I actually had some pain pressure hand therapy on my aching muscle. Like I expected Then we performed some exercises in the facility. This place is clean organized with lots of equipment. After my hour of therapy they emailed me a home exercise program and Zach himself made 4 followup visits appointments. Sadly our world is made of large companies buying up everyone. So my Dr., part of Your Dr Cares, who is better than amazing referred me to an orthopedic. It was in his so called group of companies. Mid Jersey Orthopedics. The Dr there was amazing too. But then the referral for physical therapy was one of their companies. Horrific. Lucky I called and got in touch with Kirsten, who treated me like family and said all the right things. Can't wait for my next pain visit of physical, using your hands, therapy. Thanks Professional Physical.
Professional PT is the best. Tanner was great at relieving my hip pain and getting my legs strong again. Everyone else in the office was helpful and kind.
I can’t say enough about my experience at Professional Physical Therapy. My therapist was thorough, helpful and very professional! In fact, the whole staff worked effectively and were very attentive to any questions or needs that I had and always greeted you with a smile….you were always welcomed! My therapist took the time to explain my situation and recommended additional exercises I could do at home to work in concert with my treatment plan. I always felt like I mattered and not just another patient. I felt comfortable in asking questions or discussing concerns that I might have. Overall, a very well organized establishment. I would highly recommend them!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
