Just like everybody comment below. Doctor is fine. But reception desk is extremely terrible. They can't communicate with patients. Very rude and irresponsible. Also they don't take credit/debit card. which is very inconvenience to patients. I wouldn't recommend this doctor with this kind lousy service.

This physician is not only superb as a GI but he is a kind, caring, respectful and patient human being. He is well respected by his colleagues but very much loved by his patients. He is excellent at his profession and has helped any number of my friends and colleagues. I have never heard anything but glowing reports from anyone who is or has been his patient.

I did a preventive colon screening per insurance policy after 50 years old. I had no any issues and was told from insurance it's fully covered. But this doctor sent out bills for various excuses after screening. I'll definitely not go to this doctor anymore.

The doctor is ok, but the front desk is terrible to say the best. The last time we go there, the front desk dispute with another customer in a nasty manner, even without considering all the customers around.

Very Good Doctor, waiting times may take longer, but that is because he is very high in demand. I suggest booking an appointment a few weeks in advance and earlier during the mornings. You'll see the difference and why he is so booked up all the time. This is first grade care conveniently available to all those who seek all kinds of health services in the NJ/tri-state area. Well worth the trip and looking foward to my next visit.

Best Doctor in New Jersey. No wonder this guy is so popular. He really does care for his patients and goes above and beyond for their health. If you want first class care, it doesn't get any better than Dr. Chae.

I had an appointment with the doctor and there was a small wait. Dr. Chae was pretty good.

I made an appointments and told them what type of insurance I have. When I got to the office, I was advised that they would take my insurance for that visit but they weren’t taking new patients with this type of insurance and if I needed a procedure done, I would have to pay myself. I don’t understand why the receptionist didn’t tell me that or ask if I was a new patient to begin with. Very poor office policy.
