I’ve been receiving therapy for my knee, and it’s been a great help in improving my daily activities. The dry needling session, in particular significantly reduced my pain, making movement much easier. I appreciate the care and expertise of the team—highly recommend!

I had a great experience receiving treatment for Achilles Tendinitis and ankle weakness. I worked with Dr. Angie, who is knowledgeable, caring, and has a wonderful table-side manner. Jackie at the front desk was always welcoming and super helpful with scheduling sessions. The vibe of this place is friendly, relaxing, and healing.

have been struggling with back pain and dry needling is the only thing that gives me relief!! Highly recommend Dr. K - she is the best and knows what she is doing. There is a huge difference in tightness in my back when I do dry needling vs not - if you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to help give it a try.

Tri-Pro was my first experience with PT and they did a fantastic job. I hab been suffering with tennis elbow for some time and it was significantly interfering with normal activities and league bowling. After several months of PT and 3 sessions of dry needling I was able to "graduate" from PT with 95% of the pain gone. The rest is up to me and continuing the exercises. Dr. Angie and the staff are very personable, fun to talk with, and did a great job. Dry needling was hugely worth the time and moderate cost and was easier than expected (the needles didn't hurt much). Thanks Dr. K. I highly recommend Tri-Pro.

Tri-Pro Physical Therapy doctors and staff are amazing! The atmosphere is clean, inviting and very friendly. The treatments for my back pain has been above and beyond my expectations. They should have named it 'Healing Hands'. Thank you Dr. Shonda!!!

I went to Tri-Pro - Edison with back, shoulder, and hip pains. Dr. Shonda was amazing. She was very informative and worked wonders on my pains. This was the best service I could have asked for. All the staff was very attentive and friendly during each of my visits. If for any reason you are in need of PT, I highly recommend going to Tri-Pro

I have been receiving therapy from the team at Tri-Pro Physical Therapy in both the Edison (I think it's more in Fords!) and Metuchen offices for about three months treating two competing difficult problem areas and couldn't be more pleased with the level of treatment I have received. While I have worked primarily with Dr. M., I have had the opportunity to be treated by several of this top-notch team of professionals, including Dr. A and Dr. K. I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of attention and service I received dealing with dueling knee and back pain. Thr combination of therapy and exercise received has allowed me to return to a state of normal, and the exercise regime they have provided me will ensure I maintain this progress. I highly recommend Tri Pro for anyone needing patient and attentive care.

My experience with Tri-Pro Physical Therapy in Edison was very positive. Staff are very friendly & make you feel comfortable. Dr Lauren was wonderful, very knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel at ease, especially because I was there for pelvic floor treatment. I highly recommend this facility.

Tri-Pro Physical Therapy is wonderful! Sometimes I saw Dr. Ruchie at the Metuchen location, and sometimes Dr. Shonda at the Edison location. The scheduling is extremely flexible. I also did many of my sessions with a PT student (under Dr. Shonda's supervision) named Dennis. EVERYONE in this practice is amazing! They are knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I started PT due to having hip replacement surgery, and was terrified of the entire thing - not knowing what I was capable of. The Tri-Pro staff was reassuring, making me comfortable while I healed, and yet they pushed me to "do hard things" while I was going through the healing process. I accomplished so much during my time with them, and am so glad that I chose this PT office for my rehab.
