We love Dr. Mazur! Have been going to her for years. Extremely competent and professional but also personable. Highly recommend.
Dr. Mazur was a good dr. Its not her Im giving the low stars to. Its the office staff. They were rude, especially one woman and treated me like I was a pain. There was an assistant to the dr. (a few years earlier, whether shes still there or not I dont know), who treated me and talked to me as if I was to blame the glasses I received were so thick and wrong as if they gave me someone else's glasses. I only needed a small correction as my vision is very good and needed reading glasses. After the assistant gave me the glasses to put on, one look at it and I said these cant be for me...then put them on and the glass was so thick everything was blurry. When I informed her of that, she said WELL YOU REFUSED TO GET YOUR EYES DIALATED. She was rude as if it was my fault. I said to her YOU DONT HAVE YOUR EYES DIALATED WHEN YOUR LOOKING AT A CHART. When the dr. came in I told her what the assistant said. The dr. fixed the issue immediately by telling me I was given the wrong glasses from wherever it was they had them made. I told the dr. she blamed me and informed the assistant people who are getting glasses do not look at the chart with their eyes dialated. After I got the correct glasses, I told the front office I would never come back again due to her rudeness and attitude and also saw the assistant and told her thanks to you I will never come back. So yes take things into your own hands. The dr. was very good but too bad she has incompetent and agressive staff.
Dr Mazur thank you!!!! After our visit yesterday I was able to wake up this morning and I could see. I am so thankful for your help.
Im writing this review talking about an experience I had with the office. Before I write this review, I want to say the doctors at this office are just great. Very personable and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great optometrist, this place should be on your radar. But the office itself needs real work. The ladies at the front office are extremely rude. The front desk helped me schedule my yearly appointment in May, she scheduled it for a time in August. I show up for my August appointment only to be surprised that because of an error on the front desks part, I had to wait 4 more days because my insurance company only pays for 1 yearly check up. This is a well known fact that the office knows since I’ve been going here for years, they’re very familiar with how my insurance works. Mistakes happen and I wasn’t upset, however, the front office decided to schedule me a month and a half later. My voice was hoarse because I was sick and I made it clear to the office that its unfair that I have to wait 45 days for a mistake on their part. The lady got extremely defensive and asked me to stop yelling even though I was not yelling and it was just my hoarse voice, she then hung the phone up in my face. Overall, if this place was managed better it would easily get a 5 star review, but the many workers at the front desk need to stop hanging up the phone in patients faces.
The doctor is very talented in contact lens fitting. In addition, the doctor treated me for an eye injury and demonstrated her substantial ability to engage the problem quickly form effective solutions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
