Doctor Woods has given me superb relief from chronic back problems. His timely diagnosis was impressive. The support staff at Rothman could use serious upgrading. The doctor and patients need better support from the office staff.

Did not lift a single finger to help me.

I met with Dr. Barrett I. Woods for the first time recently. I was very impressed with the way that he spoke, explained what my problem was with my lumber region of the spine, and said that he could help me to relieve the horrible pain that I have in my lower back by surgery if that was my choice. We discussed what was involved and I decided that was the best option that I have. At this point, daily activities including walking, bending or even standing for a period of time is becoming more difficult each day. Because of Dr. Woods education, training, and expertise in spinal surgery, he made me feel confident that he could help me with my back pain. He is a caring, concerned person that listens to his patients and wants to help his patients receive the best care that is possible so that they can return to their daily activities without pain. I would definitely recommend anyone with back pain to contact Dr. Barrett I. Woods at Rothman Institute in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. I also want to thank a couple other doctors. I first want to thank Dr. Stephen Zabinski from Shore Orthopaedic University Associates for discovering my back problem. He then referred me to a pain management specialist, Dr. Peter Pryzbylkowski from Relievus in Egg Harbor Township. When he did everything that he could do to help me with my pain, but I needed more done to relieve my pain due to severe Spinal stenosis. Herniated disk, bulging disks, Dr. Pryzbylkowski referred me to Dr. Barrett I. Woods, MD. I would d2eeeQ1¹efinitely recommend any of these doctors that I have mentioned above for Orthopaedic and pain management problems. Today I am pain free and recovering at home. I no longer take ANY pain medication since 5 days after my minimally invasive Lumbar Lapendectomy and Fusion surgery that Dr. Woods performed on me. I do have to wear a spinal Stim Fusion back brace to help fuse the bones together. It is comfortable to wear and you can wear while sitting, walking around house, or do a few lite house chores. I am so very thankful that I was able to have this surgery and be pain-free today. Dr. Woods is such an awesome doctor and I truly appreciate all that he did for me so that I can return to do the things that I love to do. THANK YOU, DR. BARRETT I. WOODS !!!! Recently, had an appointment with Dr. Woods complaining about the pain I am having in my buttocks and right leg. Also, about me having to take sometimes up to 6 extra strength Tylenol just to function throughout the day. We decided to do an epidural on the sacrolliac area and hopefully that will help. Dr. Woods told me that I have been through quite a bit: bilateral knees and then a revision on the right knee after 18 years of the original surgery on it, bilateral hips, bilateral shoulder rotor cuff repair, and a herniated disk replacement and stenosis removal and you are still moving. After that, he (Dr. Woods) informed me that he was going to take very good care of me. He did it before, and I believe in my heart that he will find the problem and help me feel better and be without this pain. Thank you Dr. Woods for caring about me. I appreciate it so much. Meeti Dr Woods for the first time was an experience came in with a big smile like an old friend knowing when you're having surgery it means about that confidence in the surgeon that you meet especially the first time he took out the time to go over the MRI and the surgery that he was going to perform in full detail that I understand not doctor talk for this reason I chose him to do my surgery on my neck I believe I made the right choice because of the way he carries himself as a professional so as I said I believe he's the right man for the job that's why I'm writing this review

I had crippling pain in my buttocks and down the back of both legs…Dr. Woods performed a Minimally Invasive Lumbar Laminectomy and Fusion…I am ecstatic to say that Post Surgery…No Pain.. I would definitely recommend Dr. Woods to friends and family…

Doctor Barrett Woods has given me my life back! I could never thank him enough. If you have been suffering from back or leg pain for years the way I have please call doctor Barrett Woods. He is an Amazing surgeon, and very caring doctor. He was there for me every step of the way. The procedure went exactly as he described and I was home from the hospital and walking in days. I'm finally free of the excruciating leg and back pain I dealt with for the past 10 years. I'm 2 months post surgery and at 60 years old I'm excited to start hiking again and walk the boardwalk this summer. Call Doctor Barrett woods get your life back! I did!
