Looking for a doctor to bring your children to?? AVOID this one at all costs. The WORST staff. The old receptionist was the best. This new one?? So rude and nasty. Constantly has an attitude. The doctors?? Absolutely awful. They are not warm or welcoming. They are not good or sweet with kids. It’s very awkward and uncomfortable in that office. Neither doctor listens to what you have to say. They don’t listen to your concerns and push them aside. I could say a million things wrong with this place. Both doctors should hang up their stethoscopes or change specialties because they are god awful with children. But Dr. Lee is the most unprofessional, disrespectful human I’ve met in a long time. He has seen my child one time and never again after that. Horrible experience. Dr. Humphreys is a tiny bit better. But not really much better. God forbid you ask her a question when she isn’t finished her exam and she snaps at you that she’ll explain at the end. So nasty. Always quick to shut down your concerns. And definitely a vaccine pusher. I asked for one vaccine at a time and she pretty much said no. Disappointed that I didn’t change doctors sooner. So yeah, if you’re looking for a great pediatrician for your children? Stay FARR away from here.

Do not EVER take your child here. Dr. Lee is the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent doctor I have ever seen. The secretary MARY ALLEN is the rudest person alive who thinks it’s okay to talk to patients like garbage. Dr. Lee personally shamed me for having trouble breastfeeding when I first had my daughter and has now harassed a family member about a bill. She walked in this morning for an appointment and was completely berated about it. She was told she’s SLUM for not paying her bill, she was told he feels bad for her mother for reproducing her, etc. all over a bill. You don’t know what people are going through financially. This doctors office needs to close for good. Scumbags. Sounds like a lawsuit to me yikes

We love this place. Our previous dr was from a large corporate office. It was so nice to finally find a pediatrician that took the time to explain things and not rush us out when we switched. Love the front ladies to.

Amazing doctors

I have been taking my daughter there since her first day. Dr Lee came to the hospital to do the very first check. Dr Humphreys is an awesome doctor. She is straight forward and I appreciate that. I couldn't imagine taking my daughter anywhere else. Both doctors are always available for emergencies.

My daughter is two months old and so far this practice has been wonderful. Both doctors have wonderful bedside maner and are very knowledgeable. They are both so compassionate and address all of my concerns each time I come into the office or when I call on the phone. Even the front desk staff are very kind and helpful. My children have been patients here for the last 12 or so years and we love Dr Lee and Dr Humphreys! Mystic islands pediatrics is always accommodating, informative and clean. I have a teenage daughter and son and they both feel comfortable with being seen by either of the DRs here- that helps immensely with scheduling. I can’t recommend this practice more. My kids have had to have many, many referrals and prescriptions over the years and they always make me feel like they have the kids best interest at heart. I’m especially glad that they keep the office as safe as they can amidst the pandemic. Erika Humphreys is simply a wonderful doctor and to the commenter saying she discriminated against her kids- that’s insanity- and they do not deserve a negative review from someone who has never even been to their office or met them. Thank you for always keeping my kids healthy, happy and safe!!!!! From actual patients who know this office well.

After speaking to this doctors office and taking full steps to make well visit appointments for my 3 children, my children were completely discriminated against. I called to see if they accepted Horizon NJ Health & to see if they were accepting new patients in which the lady on the phone said they were. She took all my children's information down, including my social security number & birth date. I was not sure wether they were due for well visits or not so I had to call the insurance company to find that information out and to change the doctors name to Dr. Humphreys name on their insurance card. I called the insurance company and did so. I then called back this doctors office and we were scheduling the appointments for the kids well vists. She asked me if I have their medical records & shot records. I told her I would have to call their last pediatrician to obtain them & that the kids vaccination records were slim because in the past 2 years due to religious beliefs I am no longer vaccinating them. The lady on the phone "well we vaccinate here and you should look elsewhere", "I understand, but I have the right to not vaccinate my children and everyone has the right to their own opinions" she continues to say "we don't see any unvaccinated children here" I tell her "my children do have some vaccinations from years ago" she again "the doctor has a right to not want to see patients who do not believe in vaccinations "..."so your doctor is discriminating against my children because I don't believe in vaccinations due to religious beliefs".....all in all she went on to say the doctor will not be seeing my children and that they only take "vaccinated children" at their office. If that is not discrimination then I don't know what is. I contacted a discrimination lawyer. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves for discriminating against children who do not believe in the same as them.

I've been taking my kids there for 13 years. Extremely caring and pleasant Physicians that go above and beyond. They always have time for your questions and concerns. My kids can always get in for ill visit within hours of calling. No wait time when you have an appointment.

This doctors office is horrible.
