Larry Kaufman's Online Review Report Card

My mom is a patient and she told me to see Dr. Kaufman. I’ve been going to his office for 4 years since high school and now I’m in college. My schedule is hectic and I’ve always been able to get an appointment when I need one. I usually never wait a long time in the waiting room. A real person actually answers the phone and usually takes care of any issues the same day. I’ve never felt rushed and he addresses my problems and explains things well. The other thing that I like is that it’s not a big practice with a lot of other doctors so I can always see Dr. Kaufman. Highly recommend 😊

I love Dr. K I always had pleasant experience here! The front desk staff has always been kind and I even have my front desk favorite girl. This is me personally but I am a hyper sensitive person and I’ll tell you these ppl are wonderful. All you can do is give them a try and remember no one is perfect.

AVOID! MONEY HUNGRY!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!The receptionist said everything would be covered under my insurance and I ended up having to pay over $500 for silly things. AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs. My friend had the same experience.EDIT: I was contacted 5 months ago by Dr. Kaufman regarding my billing issue. The staff said they would get back to me and are working on it. I have reached out plenty of times and 5 months later the issue is still not resolved. I keep getting bills in the mail and no one has contacted me with an update. AGAIN AVOID!! AVOID!!!8/28/20 you can help further by educating your staff and making sure they are calling and verifying with insurance before making false statements and scheduling expensive procedures. ALL companies call the insurance a head of time and ask for approval to avoid issues like this(I asked the receptionist at least 3 times and was assured nothing would be billed). Unfair to patients. Not our job to do your staffs job. I was not asking for free treatment or visits I understand this is a business. If I had known I would be getting billed this much I would have easily avoided and paid at a better satisfactory place.

I had recently went to another gynecologist that didn’t even tell me my test results. I decided to go see Dr Kauffman. He was both kind and caring. His staff especially Diana treated me like I had been a patient for years. I was already nervous but everyone at his office made me feel at ease. Dr Kauffman followed up the same day with a phone call. I can not say enough good things about the doctor and his staff. I know I made the right choice with Dr Kauffman and I’m thankful I chose his office.

I recently switched doctors to this office. I have had 2 visits for my yearly check-ups and one time for a problem. I have seen both Dr. Kaufman and the Nurse Practitioner. They both were very good. They answered my questions and gave me the time I needed. I switched from my last doctor to this office because I often had to wait to be seen anywhere from 1 -2 hours . I didn't wait long any of the times I was seen at this office. When I call this office, I have always spoken with a real person and when I called for a prescription, they refilled it the same day. The time I called for a "problem" they were able to get me in the same day.

I don’t know why I keep coming back here. Consistently have horribly rude front desk service. They make getting birth control so much of a hassle. Always wait way past my appointment time, and then sit in the doctors office for 20 minutes before anyone comes in. All around awful

Unfortunately I found this place on Google because my wife's gyno couldn't get her in right away and they completely diagnosed her wrong, The General practitioner was nice but didn't seem to have an understanding of the female anatomy or what could possibly be wrong with her. Larry was clueless as well, he told my wife she had something that wasn't even in the same ballpark as what she was correctly diagnosed with. Keep your wives and daughters away from this place and find a private practice with doctors that know what they are doing.

I have always been able to talk to Dr.Kaufman and get my questions and problems resolved. Coming to his office is like being with trusted family. He and his staff are fantastic..

So many good things, easy to get appointments when you are sick, Saturday hours, friendly and helpful staff, never have to wait long in office, the office is clean and modern

Dr.kaufman he is the best!
