All my experiences at Dr. Reddy office has been great the receptionist is always nice to me on the phone or in person she’s very professional as for Dr. Reddy I owe her my life she took such good care of me while I was in a coma and till this day she continues seeing and having my best interest at heart

Friday December 11th 2020 The reception is so rude at this office. The doctor doesn’t hold her employees accountable or advocate for her patients. I have an elderly father who needs assistance to and fro with transport and mobility. With that being said, we arrived at his appointment time and were kept waiting outside, standing, for an unreasonable amount of time. My father was complaining of pain, fatigue, and shortness of breathe due to the wait time. I expressed this to receptionist who ignored me twice before and she responded, “so why did you bring him?” This was rude, insensitive, and a complete disregard of the patients comfort and care. Upon an exchange of words, she refused to apologize for her wrong and demanded to the doctor that we be turned away and not seen to which the doc agreed. I was and still am appalled. Never again.

When I was discharged from the hospital, she miswrote 3 of my presciptions, causing me to have to go to the emergency room to get the right prescription. She prescribed a medication during the office visit that my neurologist told me I didn't need to take, but she said I needed it for another month. I went back to the neurologist, just to make sure. She prescribed one medication that increases my blood pressure and another for headaches, that decreases my blood pressure. I have no faith in her. Very nice lady and spent alot of time with me. Office is very bare. The examination room only had chairs, no exam table or medical equipment.
