Horrible service. Beware

RN here. Worked in a real ER in the city for years. Seriously, I don't understand how this place is still operating. Insult to injury is having the worlds worst billing department call you about a bill, that is incorrect. The ER staff and coding department are mentally defective. HR, do you even background check these people?

Millman should be asking if you want ketchup with your French fries instead of practicing medicine. He was investigated and lost his license in NYS for good reasons including performing substandard surgery, abandoning patients in need, not showing up for appointments, and writing threatening letters to patients who asked him to correct the surgical mistakes he made. I was shocked to find him practicing in NJ . But that is what rogue practitioners on the run often do- go to another state and hide out . Due diligence should be exercised before visiting this office. Be safe! Stay away.

Not impressed at all. My Mother called for a same day Appointment because she was feeling horrible and needed to be seen. She got scheduled with the PA whom she has seen before and really likes. I took my Mother to her appointment because she was very sick and couldn't drive herself. We got there and the young receptionist (who was VERY SWEET, but obviously VERY overwhelmed because she had a bunch of people waiting and nobody else to help her) couldn't find Mom's appointment on the schedule, after kindly taking the time to look, she discovered that whoever booked the appointment got the day wrong. My mother was able to be seen 2 hours later which meant she had to leave and come back. After 2 hours, I took her back and there was another woman at the desk.... I wanted to slap her!! She was very rude and unsympathetic towards my Mother. None of the other front staff was any better! They were all horrible. We finally was taken back and the Nurse and Physician Assistant who saw Mom were wonderful. The Front Staff however really needs training on customer service, because they all SUCKED

Although a recent patient, I've know Arthur for decades (my old attending retired). The man is brilliant and humorous, He is well versed in internal med beyond cardiology. I trust him implicitly.

Great doctor, one of few that will examine you throughly so expect to be in for a while, expect to be check from head to toe, expect a Dr with experience and knowledge who will treat you with respect and that service people deserve.

Office staff very loud & unprofessional. Office area is cluttered, messy-looks unprofessional. Woman performing test had mouth full-chewing food as she entered room, did not wash hands or wear gloves. Doctor not sensitive or caring to patient. Did not offer detailed explanation of condition or test results.
