They haven’t returned my $800 deposit (200+600) after more than two months chasing. We are actually preparing a lawsuit against this office. Would never use their service again, we highly doubt the office is in financial trouble - many latest reviews complaining about shady deposit request, not just us!

Nurses here really take their time to ask questions and request updates while being throughtful about the process. It's nice to find an office that has so many qualified professionals at all levels of care.

Towards the beginning of this month, when I was staying here, I went to see Dr. Bingru Xie. You get the idea that you are being exceedingly well taken care of from the moment you check in to the moment you check out of the facility.

The wait in the doctor's office is usually at zero beyond a scheduled time, but in the days it's not, you really don't notice. The staff is friendly and helps ease that wait with friendly banter and taking the opportunity to verify information or record data when needed. I appreciate the attentiveness.

When my grandmother and I arrived at Dr. Xie’s office, she was so warm and welcoming! She also spoke Chinese which was a huge bonus for my grandmother as she speaks very little English.

Every scheduled appointment is met with warmth and concern from the doctor and the staff behind the desk. Nurses are great too.

To be honest, Dr Xie is very professional at the clinic. Although, it’s a rocky trip when you want your deposit back. Delay, refuses to communicate, and all excuses even you provided all the evidence.

Very Nasty front desk. Do not visit them they charge you $350 for the first visit and to fallow up you have to pay $150. I am talking to my insurance and they think is kind shady. Also, front desk personal is very mean and unprofessional and when results are they won’t call and say it’s unimportant.

Front desk woman doesn't listen to patient‘s request and charged me arbitrary. I told the front desk I want to do physical examination since I saw they are primary care in my insurance list. The front desk told me they can do it and make an appointment for me without told me how much I need to pay. Just 15minutes before the consultation，they called me to pay 150 dollars deposit for the consultation. So I paid 150 dollars just for 10minutes consultation with the doctor and the doctor said they are specialty that cant do physical examination. But why don't you tell me at the beginning. Waste of my time and money！！！！worst experience ever！！！
