I’m giving a star because there’s no option to give zero. Very unprofessional!! My son had an appointment scheduled on 9/2/2020. He never received any notification of cancellation for whatever reason. They waited until he got there before claiming that they couldn’t receive him because they had an emergency.

Terrible bedside manners! was not greeted or acknowledged for the first 5 minutes of my appointment. Did not feel welcome or comfortable! not kid-friendly!

She is an excellent doctor! One of a very few that actually understands nutrition and other things that factor into someone being sick. I've never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to see her and that's a good thing

THE WORST !!! DON'T GO HERE! I went in to get antibiotics. I had an allergic reaction to the prescription. Went back so she could address the issue. Her assistant wasn't there. BUT SHE WAS and she took a look at my allergic reaction and saw how much pain i was in!!Instead of helping me, she has the nerve to tell me to wait for her assistant. To then make an appointment because this was her lunch break! I decided to then go to another doctor since i will NEVER go to her again! Showed him the prescription Elena Jauregui had given me and he said she needed to update her knowledge on medicine because what she prescribed he stopped prescribing 10 YEARS AGO!
