I was a patient of Dr. James Z. Cinberg. He provided stupendous care for me. I was at awe of his attentiveness and effectiveness. Since 2019, Dr. Cinberg has assisted me in accurate assessment results and referrals. His due diligence was based on an individual's health and diagnosis. The office staff were excellent in business decorum and remedial follow-up appointments. Overall reception area was visually inviting even within covid restraints. I thank Dr. Cinberg sooo much for caring for me. I seriously recommend his services very highly regarding ENT and The Balance Institute.

I saw Dr. Cinberg initially in April 2017. First , let me say that the office is very courteous and attentive. It has always been simple and efficient setting up appointments. My appointment was on time. I saw and continue to see Dr. Cinberg for Vertigo and ongoing Dizziness. He has always been very thorough in discussing my condition, in testing, and in treatment. Dr. Cinberg really takes the time to get to know you as a patient , hear out your condition and symptoms and have a dialogue with you. He's very knowledgeable in his field.

I accompanied my husband to his follow-up feedback session. An hour later, and we were more confused by his double speak and self-directed medical jargon than informed. Though he seems to be genuinely concerned, Dr Cinberg comes across as more interested in scientific mumbo jumbo than in relating to his patient. My husband left having no idea what his doctor had related. Having a medical background I understood it to be a whole lot of balogna!

Dr. Cinberg is the first doctor to give me hope that he can help me. I suffer from many symptoms of concussion, including balance issues. Other doctors have offered pain drugs and cortizone shots, neither of which I am interested in. Dr. Cinberg will spend as much time with each patient as needed, so there may be longer wait times. Know that he will give you as much time as you need each time you see him. Dr. Cinberg's office is shabby chic, but his knowledge and methods are cutting edge!!

Dr. Cinberg's expertise was clearly communicated throughout his thorough evaluation of complex symptoms, as well as in his recommendations for follow up testing and treatment. Dr. Cinberg and his staff are graciously welcoming and informative. I particularly appreciated that Dr. Cinberg's staff provided his comprehensive intake procedures and health history questionnaire in advance of the first appointment so that I had time to gather what was needed.

I've been to many doctors during the last 2+ years looking for an answer to my ongoing vestibular disorder. Dr Cinberg has shown to be an exceptional specialist in this field. His facility houses the most advanced diagnostic equipment in the area. He's patient and listens carefully to my symptoms and treats myself and my wife with great respect. I would highly recommend him.

I had a misfortune of meeting cinberg once. I had to wait over 2 hours in his office before I saw him. After my visit I had an emergency, another doctor put some poison in my eyes by mistake, because she was drunk. I had to call dr cinberg during emergency hours and he never called me back even though he was praising the doctor who blinded me very highly. So my advise to those who do not know STAY AWAY FROM HIM. HIS NOT THE TRUE DOCTOR. ALL HE CARES IS THE MONEY.
