I have been going to Dr. Fertels for quite a while and put my complete faith in him regarding my health. I give him credit for catching my sleep apnea, as he recommended that I get a sleep study. Without his diagnosis, I am convinced that my heart would have been negatively affected and my lifespan shortened. He is caring, engaging, and when you are in his presence, you know you have an expert.

I found Dr. Fertels very abrasive and insensitive. He needs to think of the patient's concerns and perspective before he speaks. I would not recommend Dr. Fertels to anyone!

I live in California, yet had the wonderful pleasure under difficult circumstances of having Dr. Fertels treat me while I was in New Jersey. He has a wonderful bedside manner. His staff and office were so kind, understanding, efficient and professional. I am following up with him again while in New Jersey. My Primary Care Physician in California was also impressed with the care I received from Dr. Fertels. Excellent doctor.
