Brian Brazzo's Online Review Report Card

Dr Brazzo, a terrific Surgeon and a kind man, i never met a Dr who i can call/{and reach] & talk to anytime of day or night. Dr Brazzo is empathetic, courteous,a very special doctor i can text him any time & he gets right back to me! I would say he is Unique! Extremely experienced and his Office staff also terrific! Helpful/Courteous and Capable! Sonia & Jodi are always responsive & kind! Wouldn't this be a better World if all the Doctors & staff were like these People! Most unusual! These people deserve a Medal!I recommend Dr Brazzo in a heartbeat! i feel protected & safe in their Office!

I went for an upper eye lift. My eyes are 2 different shapes now. And he made the incisions in the wrong areas. I look worst than I did before. I have skin overlapping still and that’s why I went to go see him. I’ll need to see another surgeon now to fix his mess. Honestly he needs to be stripped of his medical license . This guy is no doctor but a shoemaker.

i would have seen better results had my local butcher perform this procedure. honestly. he needs to be stripped of his license. what he did to my eyes is nothing short of unacceptable. my eyes are 2 different shapes and removed way too much skin from my eye lids rather than the skin hanging over it. this experience has left me depressed and angry. choose your doctor wisely people or you could be left with a nightmare like the one I'm living with. now I just have to find another doctor to fix his mess.

This Man has POOR BEDSIDE MANNERS. My husband went to see him on Tuesday March 9 at the 550 Park Ave location and because my husband was concerned and was asking questions in reference to his on going eye problems.. Brazzo refused treatment.. Brazzo has been my husband doctor for over 8 years.. for Brazzo to refuse treatment when all my husband did was ask questions.. is insane! Brazzo actually told my husband that he cannot proceed with the procedure because my husband got him nervous. Unbelievable! My husband spent over 3 hours in that office and left with an untreated eye.. with pain.. and disbelief..

I saw Dr. Brazzo after seeing two other Opthamologist for dry eye / watery eyes. He diagnosed the problem with my puncta (tear duct) being too small and skillfully did a procedure without any pain. My eyes have never been better. No more tears! Dr Brazzo is an excellent ocular specialist, highly recommend him

Went for a cosmetic upper eye lid lift consult and mentioned that my eyes had been tearing frequently. Dr. Brazzo told me my tear ducts were blocked and within a few minutes he performed a procedure where he used a tweezer type instrument to pull on my tear ducts, this procedure increased the size of my tear ducts tremendously & caused and infection. It also eliminated my chance to have the proper procedure for what was my dry eye syndrome NOT block tear ducts. He is a terrible doctor!

I am so happy I went to Dr. Brazzo. I had a couple of medical issues that needed addressing. He explained everything to me and he took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns. After that, issues went away and I am one happy happy patient!

I've had two eye surgeries by Dr. Brazzo. He is straightforward, down to earth and sensitive. My upper eyelids were done with tremendous skill and resulted in a very natural appearance. My lower lids, the same - just perfect. I have recommended him to several people and cannot say enough for his manner, personality and skill.

I had the most horrible experience with Dr. Brazzo. I went to his office for a sty removal, and I ended up with a horrible scar on my lid. He never explained to me how the procedure was going to be. Dr. Brazzo did not explain anything about the risks of the surgery. There is nothing I can do to change what happened. I regret every day of my life to have make the choice to go to Dr. Brazzo's office.
