List of Hadley Phillips's Reviews
Worst waiting time. I waited for almost 3 hours, and no one knows when I will be even seeing an assistance. Seems like they are careless.
It is almost one year since Dr. Hadley H. PHllips, DO, literally changed my life for the better as a result of his expertise, patience, and placement of two different lenses in each of my eyes. I had poor vision since I was a child ( coke glasses in 7th grade) . some +50 years ago!! I would trip at times and could not really judge distances so well. I later developed cataracts and after seeing 4 " specialists" none of whom recommended what Dr. Phillips did, my decision to choose Dr. Phillips was one of the best decisions I ever made. ( He was highly recommended from someone I met by a "God- incidence" who told me that she was nearly blind.. until Dr. Philipps) I say that because I had prayed to God... that I could only go through the difficult times that unexpectedly were before me if I could " SEE CLEARLY" God answered my prayers. I had no idea that I could also see to the left and right! I could not drive at night. I could only poorly see in every respect, I could not even put make up on. AND NOW... I can even play my lovely piano! HIs staff, especially on the dates of the procedures ( 2 different dates, one for each eye) were the best. I had no down time. I felt no pain. I pray for Dr. Phillips to this day, on a daily basis, as without his God given talents, diligence and extremely hard work, I would not have been able to face the difficult times! And, enjoy the good times! Catherine Ottilio ( aka Maggio)
Horrible reception the lady helping for appointment disrespectful and rude never recommended this place
This practice is a disaster. The average wait time for a visit is 2-3 hours. There is no respect for patients. The excuse given by the office managers is that the doctors are in high demand. Basically, it is all about money. They triple book patients.
Horrible experience!! A callous, uncaring staff. My sister in law had a procedure. Wakes up up one morning and can't see in one eye. She calls the office, explains her situation, and is told she can't be seen for 3 weeks. Another doctor saw her and treated her. She needed emergency lazer surgery for diabetic retinopathy for a burst blood vessel. She would be blind in one eye if she listened to the staff here and waited. Stay away from this place!
Grwat doctor and great staff!

Had my first appt and met with Dr. Tortorici, awesome doctor, very knowledgeable. The wait time is not that bad, but I would suggest going with some form of entertainment. =]
Referred to Phillips by local optician. Appointments were designed for medicare/older clientele. Surgeries went well. Post Op care - casual & varied by who I spoke to. Contracted severe conjunctivitis 3 days after surgery. Misdiagnosed - allergen, Second visit- conjunctivitis confirmed. No link w/ surgery/aftercare was made One Dr. said waiting room sterilization was lacking. Never heard from Phillips, although told he'd be "in touch"
Wait to long 4 hour that it's abuse with the pensions don't liked

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
