We waited over 3 hours to her and when my turn came I asked her why we waited 3 hours don’t thing for half hour check my eyes When I ask people how long they waited same like me all of them 8 people had appointments for 1 o’clock That’s why it’s ridiculous office They take as much as they can appointments for patience Need same check up and make them waiting … when you ask why they bs It’s register time Anyway the registration take 15 or less and the all waiting time is wasting our time to make the rich very bad attitudes, I don’t recommend it to no one

Extremely unprofessional and uncaring for patients. Only wants numbers of patients in office and surgeries.

By far the worst! This lady and office takes over 3 hours to see 1 pt for a follow up. Not to mention she's always late. It has never been a good experience from the start. I don't recommend her or the office

I can't even begin to tell you why she gets A STAR. I can't do a review I need to give at least 1 star, which is actually a big fat 0. SHE'S the rudest dr we've ever came across.WAITING 1 month on her to file online a form for our insurance for authorization,on drops she ordered for my husband on 4/8/2019. I've been calling their EYE FACTORY for a month to have her fill the form out online,to no avail she hasn't done yet,today I again called & SPOKE WITH FRANCESCA from patient services.. I was told Sorry it fell to the waist side I'll make sure I tell dr Gabay. I then said we've been waiting on her to do it for 1 month. I told Francesca to forget it, we'll go elsewhere,she then proceeds to tell me she'll fix this mess & someone will call me back.I then said," call me back ,when another week"? she states yes..I then told her FORGET IT WELL GO ELSEWHERE.SHE PROCEEDS TO SAY TO ME "LISTEN. TO ME" IN A LOUD VOICE,SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.They take your money ,then when EYE FACTORY IS PAID,they could care less..You sit there all day waiting on her when she should pay us for waiting.then my husband gets cataracts done & they fail to tell you that side effect of cataract surgery is glaucoma,so now he had it in 1. eye & we wait for her lazy self to authorize it...NO THANK YOU DR GABAY,OUR TIME IS ALSO PRECIOUS,MY HUSBAND WILL GO ELSEWHERE.The WORST PATIENT CARE & WORST EYE SPECIALIST EVER...******STAY AWAY****** They are AWFUL. They should be ashamed of themself.no bedside manner...Do yourself a favor DON'T GO HERE!!!!!-

She is an excellent glaucoma Dr. I had for glaucoma surgery and all is still well with my procedure. She has excellent bedside manners and very compassionate Dr. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for the best specialist there is an for Glaucoma Dr.!!

Dr Gabay was so great in helping my mom with cataract surgery. She was very caring and professional. Highly recommend.

It was many years ago but would deff recomend her she did both of my eyes for IOP and still to this day pressure is fine

I had been to three eye specialists who misdiagnosed the reason for the blind spot in my right eye. Dr. Gabay diagnosed me with low tension glaucoma and began treatment. Prior to seeing her, I had annual glaucoma tests that were within "normal" range but the range was bad for me. She did two surgeries (at separate times). After each surgery during which she actually changed my vision and the eyes were seeing 20/20! I had worn glasses since childhood due to being very nearsighted with astigmatism. The vision change lasted almost 10 years. I'm wearing glasses again but not nearly as strong a prescription. In addition to the cutting surgeries, she had to perform a couple of laser surgeries later. She sees me every 3 or 4 months and orders 2 visual field tests a year. She has worked with me to find the ultimate best drops to manage my glaucoma and my fields have remained stable. I feel very comfortable with her and credit her for saving my vision.

Her picture....I don't remember her being black. I guess that I didn't notice. Great Doctor. I especially like the eye patch and parot she gave me. She is really nice and special.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gabay for over a year, I had a Surgery back in November 2016. She is Great, I am very blessed, for having her as my Glaucoma Specialist.
