My husband was referred to Dr Groves by his primary care physician. Although Dr Groves was pleasant and seemed thorough at the beginning she was unable to help my husband with the pain he is experiencing. She abruptly ended his last appointment, seemingly flustered and spent the last 2 or 3 minutes explaining that she had some sort of meeting she had to take before she rushed out of the exam room. Her time would have been better spent explaining whether to continue or discontinue with medication she had prescribed and more importantly guidance on where to turn next in the hope of getting answers and relief from months of chronic pain. She acted very unprofessionally Four visits and four co-pays. No relief, no guidance no help.

You are an amazing doctor and an amazing person, one of the best doctors that I have know. I feel comfortable in our communication as I know you have my well being in mind. You listened and allowed me to express my concerns and have provided recommendations for the best course of action. Your communication to me is honest and forthright; always in a kind, considerate, gentle, and respectful way, always in my best interest, You help me to understand all that is/was necessary to understand my musculoskeletal issues. You truly listen to my problems with empathy; and have taken utmost care to understand and manage my conditions which are multifaceted issues; and required planned managed care and rehabilitation. A remarkable doctor and professional that I respect and trust. I thank you!

Dr. Groves treated me for a painful and stiff neck. It is my opinion that she has every quality a patient could want in a doctor. She carefully listened to me as I explained the history and status of my injury. We had a conversation about the injury and different possible procedures to correct it. She answered all my questions. And then she provided me with a plan for physical rehabilitation that corrected my injury. I highly recommend Dr. Groves.

She in my opinion is the best doctor I've ever had the bed side manners that she has is very comforting. She has been my doctor for 9 years and she will always be my doctor. Also I have to mention her staffs are always professional.
