I recommend you find a new office. The doctor is fine, but the paperwork is a disaster and you will not be treated. This doctor prescribed my fiance medication, but the office staff did not submit the authorization to insurance. When I called to ask them to submit the autho, they said the Nurse Practitioner had to do that. They promised to have the NP call back. We received no call. When I called back, nobody answered. I left a message, but received no follow up. When I called again, they said the Nurse Practitioner would be in tomorrow so I had to call back tomorrow. I did so, but nobody answered. I left a message, but received no follow up. The inability of the office staff handle insurance paperwork and answer the phone makes this doctor a no-go, in my opinion. Try a different doctor.

This doctor is fine, but the office staff makes it impossible to get treatment. My fiance was prescribed a medication but the office never submitted an authorization to insurance. When I asked them to do so (several times), I was told to call back, that I would receive a call back, and generally delayed. It has been weeks and the paperwork is not done and I can't get in touch with the office, so my fiance is unable to receive treatment. Given these issues, I recommend finding a different doctor.
