My experience was great and fast. Excellent service. I don’t know why Denice Tasker is saying that she waited 6 hours which is not true I was sitting next to her that day and she got called in pretty quick.

Dr. Gibreal is the most in-depth, kind, overly compassionate medical cardiologist we have ever met…He is so patient oriented and reassuring as I have evident issues but Dr. Gibreal is helping me my health better and utilizing medical surveillance on the problems observed…I cannot say enough if his brilliance and dedication to his many patients….

I was very pleased the appointment I had with with Dr. Gibreal. I normally bring a book to read, in case my appointment time has been pushed out, I barely open my book before I was called in. Dr. Gibreal was very pleasant to be with, he listened, he examined and he gave his diagnosis as to what was troubling me. I thought he was very thorough, I feel like I am in good hands with Dr. Gibreal. I believe this is the beginning of a good relationship.

I visited a doctor in the endocrinology department. I had no issues with the doctor but my lab work was sent to the wrong lab. Instead of a bill of $25, I had to pay $462. I called numerous times to see what could be done since it was an error on their part and not mine. Even though I eventually got through to someone and was told they would process the bill differently, no one ever followed up with me and the only outcome 5 months later was that the bill became seriously overdue. I finally just paid the exorbitantly priced bill in order to not deal with the office staff any longer. On top of that, when I got a call from the office staff to set up a second appointment, I was asked if it was my first time seeing that doctor. Why are patients required to spend 20 minutes filling out paperwork when no one even looks at it? Even though I had no issues with the doctor it was not worth the hassle of dealing with incompetent staff. I will never visit again and do not recommend putting yourself through that.
