I visited Dr. Nicole Brand for severe pain in my back and going down my leg. It was interfering with my day to day life. She was very kind and easy to talk to. After speaking with me and examining me, she recommended trying physical therapy before doing anything further to start. She told me for some people it can be miraculous. After some good physical therapy I improved but still had a way to go. I went back and Dr. Brand decided it was time for an MRI so she could really see what was going on. After continuing with her suggestion of more physical therapy, I have improved quite a bit. I am doing the right exercises at home now and it seems to be under control to a large degree. Dr. Brand told me she will always be there if I ever need her for further help. She has other things she can do to alleviate pain, such as injections, I think she's terrific and recommend her. If you want to avoid surgery, as I did, she is the perfect doctor for you.

Dr. Brand is a caring, personable, knowledgeable doctor. Takes time to evaluate & address any issues or questions you have. Never rushed. Very thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Brand.
