Have tried for several weeks to book an appointment. No one answers the phone. The phone system does not have a bypass to reach an operator. Instead patients sit on never ending hold. I have left several messages that go unreturned. Not sure how you run an office in this manner but it's very frustrating. If there are five offices why is there no one answering your phones? If you offer same day appointments, how do you get one if no one answers the phone? Finally spoke to someone after being on hold for AN HOUR and she was the rudest excuse for a patient facing representative that I have ever encountered.

The office is clean and the workers were very professional. Dr Nestor was very attentive. It was my first time and I was pleased that she understood what is bothering me. I'm happy with her as my doctor.

Dr. Nestor was very caring and attentive to my Mom while she was in the hospital as well as the office visit. She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions!!

Dr Nestor is aggressive in helping me sleep better and getting the best results from my Bi-Pap, I have been using a machine for 20 years and I feel much more comfortable with my Dr. than ever!

Dr. Nestor is thorough, kind, patient and doesn’t rush you through your appointment. She answers ALL questions. I wouldn’t use another pulmonologist.
