Had a follow up appt, referral from the hospital on a foot injury I sustained. 10 days passed post injury before seeing dr greenlee. Needless to say it was a waste of my time, money and energy. I’m still in incredible amount of pain. She was so rude that her statements physicallly made me jump up from the table. She never bothered or cared to even try to find out where the source of the pain was coming from. I can’t physically walk as a result from my injury that my hips have begun hurting and my foot has only gotten worse. She never provided any solutions or relief. Hospital network should really refer better doctors with a respectful bedside manner or send their doctor to a sensitivity training of sorts. She could use it. She poked and prodded asking if areas she touched hurt but got frustrated as I kept saying no. Pain is coming deep within foot near bone. All she did was send me with a $25 foot piece that actually made my foot and bones in my feet feel tremendously worse

She is so good at explaining everything. And will answer all and every questions you have. Very friendly and amazing. So glad my daughter’s pediatrician referred her to us for my daughter’s injury.

This doctor is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! My son broke his foot and we had an appointment to visit Dr. Alandra Greenlee on 3/30 at the cliffside park location. My son had an appointment at 3:30. I called the call center number i was given to inform them i would be about 5-10 minutes late. They assured me theyll contact the office and let them know. I parked my car at 3:38. I had some trouble with the meter, but i figured it out. It was a maze to get to the office. I called the number a few times bc i needed help finding the place after parking. NO ANSWER. My poor son was hopping around aside me bc we were both lost. We are new patients and arent familiar with the office. We finally walked in at 3:47. I never met the doctor so i didnt know what she looked like. The doctor whom i never saw her face was literally walking out...I walked up to desk and said im here and said my sons name. Also apologized for being late. The doctor continued to leave. She heard me say my sons name bc she was 5 ft away! but 3 ft as i was saying his name and 5 ft away waiting for the elevator, but still left. If i knew she was his doctor i would have stopped her. My sons foot is broken! It wasnt a 10pm appointment. It was still early in the day and i understand i was a few mins late. She heard me very clear and didnt even acknowledge us or came up to us letting us know she had to go. I am going to report this on every platform possible. !! This is sad! He is a child

Dr.Greenlee examined my foot issues and explained by showing me the X-rays. She gave me alternate methods in caring for my feet without the immediate need for surgery. She answered all my questions and concerns. She was thorough and caring during my visit.

Doctor Greenlee quickly diagnosed my problem and did a surgery it went grey. Went back for 2 follow up visit and she showed Interest on recovery . Hope not to have any other foot’s problems but, if anything happens, I’ll definitely ask to see her again.

Extremely professional extremely knowledgeable very friendly very thorough in explaining great pre and post op staff highly recommend her

Very disappointed to hear that my husband is being denied service and is being neglected by his affiliated hospital and Dr's because he was seen in a different hospital in the time of his emergency. He needs surgery and has been with a broken FIBA for months. He is being told to go back to the hospital that didn't do anything for him.

My elderly mother in law went to see Dr. Greenlee and she didn’t bother looking at or touching her foot. Quickly dismissed her and gave her a prescription for therapy. No interest or compassion in her patient. Will definitely not recommend.

Amazing in every way!!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and approachable ! She always replied to my questions and concerns! I was abroad and took X-rays there and she gave me her personal email so she could evaluate them and gave me feedback right away!!! She is one of a kind!!! Always patient and kind never rushed me and took such great care of my fractured ankle! I also have a friend who swears by her! She did 2 surgeries on his ankle and made sure he could walk again! I recommend her 100% and I call her my hero!!! Thank you dr Greenlee for your dedication and care you are one of a kind!!!

I have Charcot Foot and Dr. Greenlee had me walking within weeks. She followed up each week with X-rays and new casts. Kept me informed of each possible issue that could arise.
