They are reliable and thorough with their examinations and really great at communicating in a way that makes me feel heard. There have been times when I've been in a pinch and Dr. Wong has personally delivered contacts to me. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this location for years, and as time goes on…the front desk customer service has gotten worse and worse. They have no clue how to manage simple tasks, let alone deal with customers. I was running a few minutes behind schedule and showed up within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time, and they turned me away. They said the doctor took a walk in instead. It’s almost comical how horrible they’ve become.
