List of Omnicare Medical Group's Reviews
Dr. Parikh, while knowledgeable and caring, talks over you when you’re trying to speak. She doesn’t “listen” to you. It’s frustrating because she really knows her stuff. but if you can’t talk to her about your concerns and she interjects while you’re trying to, then what good is it to see a doctor? it gets tiring after a while and you don’t get your point across. that’s why I’d rather go to another endocrinologist.
Dr. Parikh is an outstanding doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients every time. She hits diagnoses on the head and preventative in her approach. She is both caring and pleasant! Office staff are great! She’s highly professional and knowledgeable in her practice! One of the best endocrinologist that I have met!
Very Good Doctor & Professional. Highly recommended.
Cancelled an appointment without any reason.
Dr. Parikh has always been a very gracious and caring doctor for me. She patiently listens to my concerns and takes time to explain everything I may have questions about. She has always taken the best approach for my treatment. She is knowledgeable and is very approachable. Any patient would appreciate compassion in a doctor which Dr. Parikh shows. She has a clean office and the staff is super nice too. So far have not had to wait a long time to be seen.
In general l'm a fairly nervous patient, but feel very comfortable in Dr. Parikh's capable hands. She is a very kind, compassionate, and talented physician and I feel lucky to have found her. My visits to her office are stress-free without long wait-times or tedious check-in processes. Her office staff is very pleasant as well.
I could not have had a more different experience than the last reviewer. I also do not write reviews often but I found Dr. Parikh to be so kind and compassionate that I wanted to publicly praise her. She listened to my medical history and was proactive about ensuring that I stay on top of my ongoing thyroid issues. She was professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and very responsive in my experience. I highly recommend her and I urge others to go to her!
I only gave one star because the option to give zero was not there. I rarely will ever write a review but I felt that I had to after visiting the office of Grishma Parikh . I was open and honest about my medical history (as one should be with their doctor to be able to rectify the problem at hand.) She made me feel uncomfortable, upset, judged, and honestly I left her office in tears. I was ordered to have an MRI done of my brain to check for the possibility of a tumor. The results of my MRI were sent to her Monday morning at 9am and it is now 4 days later and still have yet to hear from her. I have called, left messages, spoke to the receptionist (who is so nice) and NOTHING. One would expect to get a call back as a patient but especially when I am sitting her anxiously awaiting results checking for a TUMOR. Not only was this doctor critical, cold, and lacked any sort of emotion or compassion, she made me feel uncomfortable and like I was not valued as a patient which in my opinion is the worst thing a trusted medical "professional" can do. Ill save you the trouble of feeling the way i do and tell you to find a different doctor and avoid this woman at all costs.
My mom was a patient of hers and had her on medicine that was causing her hair to fall out, fainting spells, and just made her feel horrible. It turned out the dose she gave my mom was too high and was not interested in trying different medications. She was cold, rude, unprofessional, and short with her. My mom got a second opinion and is now doing much better no thanks to this doctor. Avoid her at all costs.
The most unprofessional and rudest doctor I’ve ever came across of. I scheduled an appointment to see the doctor and have blood work get done because I started to loose hair after having my baby. I came at my scheduled appointment time and the office was completely empty. The receptionist directed me to the medical assistant to get my blood work drawn and as soon as it was done, I was directed to the waiting room and sat waiting Receptionist comes out to the waiting room to let know I’m done and I had stated I didn’t see the doctor yet to address the concerns I was there for. Receptionist told me the doctor said to schedule for follow up. I continued to say I didn’t see the doctor to address an important concern I had and asked the receptionist to ask the doctor if I can speak to her for two minutes. The receptionist went to the back of the office where the doctor was sitting to tell her I wanted to speak to her for two minutes. The doctor’s voice can easily be heard saying (“no, I can’t speak to her, tell her to schedule another appointment.” )from where I was standing. No class, no compassion, unprofessional, not ethical and I will def. be reporting her to the medical board and hope she does not file an insurance claim for this visit bc it’s theft of services. Never will go back again. It’s sad because she has very professional and nice office staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
