Jennifer was very unpleasant to speak to on the phone. I called about an eye injury and I was told they do not accept workers comp. Every follow up question that I had all resulted in the same answer “we do not accept workers comp.” Rude? I was told that I’ll accept the bill without using workers comp and she sounded very surprised. Moral of the story, let’s not be so passive aggressive to people other the phone. Especially ones who are spending hundreds of dollars with you.

Do not go to see her. She was not fully understanding what she was doing. She did not spent time with patient and could not explaining diagnosis. Spent 3 hours in her visit and referred to other doctor. Not professional at all.

I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Burrows. After having one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable conversations with her office staff member, “Luz”, I canceled my appointment. She was unprofessional, condescending, and rude. Simple questions frustrated her and caused her to handle me inappropriately. At one point when I asked her to explain something to me, she told me that “she didn’t feel like she had to explain anything to me, it was an inconvenience, she had other patients to help, and that she felt the conversation should be over. This would have been our first visit to Dr. Burrows. I had a few questions that Shouldn’t have been uncommon for “first time patients” to ask. I asked for an email address to forward a complaint and she gave me half of the email address. Never have I dealt with anyone in a doctor’s office like this, especially not in the pediatric field. I’m disappointed, disgusted and confused. My son needed glasses, so much for the holiday season.

Kindest doctor I have ever met. She has a magical way of working with children. I have brought my daughter to her for 3 years and highly recommend her.

She is the worst phisician I have ever seen; I brought my little son to her office and she did not even told me his diagnosis just gave me the lens prescription. Very unprofessional !

She is a worst surgeon, her friendliness is decisive... She had a failed strabismus surgery. She told me I just need a single surgery and my eye's alignment would be 1005 perfect. After my failed surgery she was saying she can't predict the result before the actual surgery. Even while I was showing her that my eye remain in the same position she was still emphasizing that the alignment is 95% corrected. She was acting like a fraud car mechanic. She said to me'' Don't you think it's perfect? Does it depend on thinking? I think therefore I'm? or it a material truth? Never fall her trap... I still regret as to why have I got the surgery done...

Brought my 3 month old for a general exam and a clogged tear duct; even though the appointment time was a suggestion and some of the staff members somewhat rude I quickly got over it. Very professional, informative. As soon as my sons appointment was done I went back in line and scheduled one for myself. Highly recommended...
