Finding out that you need assistance in building your family is one of the hardest things to hear. Thanks to angels like Dr. Ryback and the RMA team, they make this long and daunting process that much more manageable. My nurse (thank you Dessi!!) was efficient, helpful and responsive, and always clear on what my next steps should. We are now expecting our bundle of joy due in the spring and we are so grateful. Thank you Dr. R and the entire RMA team! .

Dr Rybak holds a very special place in our hearts. He promised I would be a mother, and because of him we were gifted with a beautiful baby boy who is now a vivacious 5 year old. Dr Rybak’s warmth, compassion and expertise helped me through one of the darkest times of my life. Our family holds him in the highest regard, and we are forever grateful!

The IVF process is not an easy one. However when you have a doctor and a team like the one I had in RMA they make everything worth it. The most compassion, understanding group of people. They truly help my journey to be a lot easier because of their wonderful care. I'm so grateful for all there help and guides. Definitely the team you want to have in your corner when going through this journey. Thank you so much for helping me achieve my dream!!!.

Dr. Rybak & his entire team has always been warm as well as incredibly patient, detailed & responsive with all questions I had throughout my journey at RMA. They were organized when it came to scheduling all of my appointments at the appropriate office locations & professional at all times. I was always notified promptly about my bloodwork/testing results as well as any required next steps (HUGE thank you to Brianna for being my amazing nurse). From the very beginning (at our first consultation) to the end (when we were discharged at 8 weeks pregnant with a cute RMA parting gift), I have always felt supported in what can be an incredibly overwhelming process for any couple — we are forever thankful for what they have made possible for our (now) growing family & we highly recommend RMA for those who are looking for the same!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rybak and I’ll be forever thankful to him for helping me have my 2nd daughter 5 years ago. He was very knowledgeable and had such a positive attitude about everything. Mental health during fertility is so important and he was exactly what I needed! My IVF baby turns 5 tomorrow and I will always think about how he helped me :)

Dr. Rybak is the most caring doctor I ever went to. He makes sure that you are happy and comfortable and is always available when you need him. I was always able to email him with whatever question I had while cycling and he would respond right away. I would recommend anyone who needs fertility help to go to him. He is the best Doc!
