Kevin Ende's Online Review Report Card

It’s been a year and two months since I had a turbinate reduction done with Dr. Kevin Ende, and to this day I am dealing with negative effects as a result of this procedure. Instead of being able to breathe “normally” as I was promised, the entire right side of my nostril is congested and inflamed - to the point where I have to breathe through my mouth in order to receive proper oxygen. Prior to this procedure, I was NEVER a mouth breather. I’m highly disappointed not only in the fact that I can’t breathe, but as well as the lack of empathy on the doctors end. From my last encounter with him where I vocalized what a horrible experience I had, I could tell that he was embarrassed and nothing else. No sympathy or concern for my well being. Would never recommend this location or doctor to anyone I know.

Dr. Kevin Ende is a wonderful ENT. Extremely knowledgeable and has impeccable bedside manner. Dr. Ende has performed a few surgeries on my son and they all have been successful. Dr. Ende is patient, he addresses your concerns and professional. Highly recommend. We love Dr. Ende

I don't have anything negative to state about the doctor or staff, however, I'm very disappointed with the service my mother, an 85 year old woman, received at their office. She had ear cleansing (irrigation) performed on her ear which had a perforated drum. Irrigation is not recommended in such cases, but somehow they missed it, even though my mother had let them know ahead of time. This led to an ear infection and a follow up with the doctor. She was prescribed antibiotics for the infection, yet no responsibility for the error was taken. The infection appears to have gone away, however, shortly after starting with the medication, she began having a permanent headache on that side of her head. My mother had never suffered from headaches before. It has been 8 weeks now and the headache hasn't gone away, but has improved some after being treated with drops for inflammation by a different ENT doctor. She is still not back to normal, but we are hoping she recovers fully soon as it has been heartbreaking to see her go through this.

Dr. Kevin in very nice and patient with my sons. We have been coming to him for the past 4 years. He makes sure that he keeps up with new technology that helps to clean my boys ears with no pain and accuracy. He is super informative and remembers each patient which I think is very special. His staff is very friendly. I must say that we will follow him where ever he goes.

The front desk was very arrogant and rude, I had an awful experience; wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anybody.

Dr. Ende has been doing my Botox and Fillers for over 12 years now. I never feel rushed, and always walk out happy with the results.

I had eye surgery recently with doctor Ende. I can’t say enough about the efficiency of the doctor and his staff. They are all professional,, knowledgeable and caring I would recommend him and his staff to anyone that is in need of a surgeon

The worst surgery I’ve ever experienced since I’ve gotten the sinus surgery I lose sleep my heart beats really fast, especially when I go to sleep and my balance is off most of the time I stay awake for days with no sleep, I wish I never got it done I keep saying that I will be better but never happens .

Didn’t wait, I was instantly called in. He was kind, funny and explained everything clearly. Definitely deserves the 5 stars! Great doctor! Dr. Ende is the best 👍🏼
